My friend was craving ice cream so we decided to come here. I went to a cold stone location several months ago and it was a great experience, this one wasn't as great. I decided to make my own cup, but my ordered one of the premade ones. It was called "cookie doughn't you want some" or something like that. The worker had no clue what my friend was saying. They clearly were not familiar with their own menu (it was on the menu and in front of the display). They eventually noticed it on the menu and made it, but in a cup when my friend wanted a cone (just like in the picture) they provided. I think she could've at least asked instead of assuming. I liked that they had a lot of toppings available. For my ice cream the worker assumed that I wanted a cone so I had to tell them that I wanted a cup. I don't know why they can't just ask. He seemed annoyed when I was choosing my toppings, he also seemed confused and annoyed when I was choosing my ice cream flavors. I don't know why people choose jobs that they clearly hate. Another worker made a "joke" about the amount of toppings that I got.. I got 4..? Because I just noticed their "additional toppings" menu. I don't think that this place was the friendliest so I don't plan on coming back. On the bright side it was clean and the ice cream was pretty good. I got the sweet cream and chocolate. Their ice cream tasted very old and expired. I am never returning to this place and am appalled at the quality and the service was not warm or welcoming at all. They were not using gloves at all, neither the associate helping me or his fellow older associate (or manager) behind him preparing more ice cream. The price is already outrageous and ridiculous, and to have the quality taste even worse, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I hope corporate looks at this and investigates this location because I am never returning or bringing my friends or family. Not just your staff but your ice cream. Great service, I went there a few days ago to buy some ice cream for my friend. The employees are nice . He made a fantastic ice cream for me and he is very thoughtful. There were four people working when my friends and I came to get ice cream. They were all working on online orders, and none of them looked up to greet or acknowledge us. I have been coming to this location for the last 4 yrs and today I received the worst service EVER! There was no communication between the workers so a friend of Pete's had their order taken before me and I was clearly there first. At least Pete's friend had sense enough to correct the situation and let me go In turn! Then Pete made sloppy work of my order and gave me a dirty spoon. I am a retail manager so I have to ask, " Who is training these kids???" Please lead by example and train these kids better. My daughter ordered Coldstone last night via DoorDash. Her order came with hair in it. When she contacted the store they were apologetic and offered to remake her order, or give her a gift certificate for her inconvenience. Fast fwd to today, we go to get her ice cream...there are 2 employees, one working with gloves, one was not. The one with gloves was taking money without changing gloves and had the audacity to try and make her ice cream. No thank you sir. I'll take the gift certificate and go somewhere else. This is where things went left. The other employee without gloves then proceeds to say she can't get a gift certificate, the remake is the only option. I had to remind him that sir we are in the middle of a pandemic are you are making food without gloves. He very rudely told me it is uncomfortable for him to wear gloves during work, then went through a very unprofessional exchange about how I'm not getting my money back and to wait for him to call the owner. It took everything in me not to knock everything over. Needless to say, I kept my composure and got my money back. I will never again visit this establishment and I suggest you do the same. Only giving 3 stars because the ice cream is tasty and delish. But they get marked down two stars due to how unbelievably slow they are. God I can't put it into words. The hours of operation stated they closed at 10 pm. When we got there it was 9:39 pm. I understand that there were a lot of people inside ordering, but if a business closes at 10 pm they should keep the doors open until 10 pm. Not put a sign on the door saying "No more customers. I don't go to Cold Stone often. I just stopped in last time with a friend who loves the place. I wanted to add a review because service was outstanding and it deserves five stars for that. The staff was patient, friendly and funny. The portions are huge and there are many varieties of ice creams (the standards but others like mint and cheesecake) and a long list of toppings (like Butterfingers, Oreos, pecans, caramel, M&Ms, fudge, multiple types of chocolate, multiple types of berries, bananas, pineapple) that you can add. They mix it all up and then serve it to you. I'm taking a star off because I feel that most ice cream places need to do a much better job of posting information about ingredients and offering more choices to those with food allergies or nutritional concerns. There are a lot more additives in ice cream than one would think. Cold Stone in particular should do a better job in store or even with more information on the website with specific questions and answers related to food allergies and nutritional concerns. Also, this place is not a place to stop in for cheap $1 or $2 treat but most ice cream shops aren't cheap anymore. You get better value here than many ice cream places and it is worth a trip to Cold Stone to enjoy a great dessert. This location is also worth it to get great service. read more

This by far is the WORST cold stone location if they are busy OR if the employees friends drop by for a visit. Customer service reaches an all time low at this location. When going to this location and you choose one of the ice creams from their collection and the employee doesn't know what should be mixed in, RUN FAR AWAY! When you mention what mix ins go with your order, they will put them in after they've mixed everything else up, kinda deflates the whole idea of mix in at that point. If you go there and ask for one of their ice cream collections and they already have one prepared, LEAVE this place! It means something is DEFINITELY wrong with it. In my case, the employee cut himself and didn't clean the wound properly nor was his bandage on properly. Who wants bloody ice cream? And lastly if you complain by placing a comment on their website, DON'T expect that the issue REALLY got resolved. Expect a cold email as a reply back even if you stated that you wanted a call. read more

Definitely a guilty pleasure of mine. My favorite flavor by far is cake batter. I remember first hearing about it and being hesitant but after trying it, I was hooked. If you have ever been to Harry Potter World and tried their butterbeer and loved it, there is no way you wouldn't like this flavor. They taste remarkably similar. I always order the same thing and it is the cake batter with snickers mix in. I will warn you that it is incredibly sweet but still addictive nonetheless.
