Its a sweltering hot day as I get the thought of ice cream to cool me down. Where do I go? Kimballs? no, over priced and over crowded just for the novelty. Target for some Ben&Jerrys? no, tarrifs are high and Target is becoming the new Walmart. I go to this Cold Stone creamery, you may ask why. The group of people behind the counter are as nice as can be, whip up an insanely good cup of ice cream, and best of all they listen to you and give the real human experience. I go here for my ice cream and you should too! read more

I had to cancel an order due to unexpected travel constraints. To my surprise, the manager personally delivered the order. This act of kindness meant so much to us because the cake was for my daughter's birthday. Incredible service and genuine care -- thank you Abul! read more

I think this is an average and typical Cold Stone location. It's clean and well kept. The service was prompt and helpful. The food quality is ok. It's average quality ice cream that they smash a bunch of toppings into. I think it's relatively pricey for the quality of ice cream they use..... read more

So we ordered a cake for my brother in law birthday few weeks ago and the strawberry velvet cake was gross. The cake part tasted dry/stale I didn't wanted to say anything because it was his birthday. So no one said anything about the the cake was not good!!! But we did kind of agree that maybe we had to wait until til it's not that cold so the velvet dough part will become un hard. Today 3/30/2024 I stopped by and wanted to get a soft serve and they had none so I got the cheese cake fantasy and found hair!!!! I knew something was sketchy about this place!!!! When I went on yelp they got the worse reviews which make perfect sense!! People are disgusting. Not only that the ice cream taste so weird!!!!! What kind of business are you running!!??????????????? read more

Cold Stone Creamery - I found Hair!!!!!! And everything taste stale!!!!! - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

The ice cream was delicious, me and my family all enjoyed it. The server was so kind and treated us all with respect.

Was very friendly and made my order in a very sick fashion! Will definitely be coming back

Kaylee I believe her name; was a great manager! Definetly fits the role. Greeted me right when I walked through the door and answered all of my questions like she knew the place like the back of her hand. Cold Stone is lucky to have a worker like her manning the ship. Ice cream was great thankfully. Last time I went it seemed like teenagers raided behind the counter and had no idea how to deal with customers. I heard this place unfortunately has a bad rep with management; it's an amazing comeback having Kaylee on the team. Hope y'all go in she's working! Place is not the same without her. read more

Despite it being Father's Day the waits were not long and the food was good. Unfortunately they didn't have all the selections on their website such as the mojito sherbet. There was however frozen almond milk as an option as well as some unusual flavors like Peeps. Calorie counts are shown and helpful information. Outdoor seating options would be nice. It's a crowded space indoors and quite loud. read more

Very pleased with this location. Clean and well stocked, great selection. I ordered a custom cake and it was fantastic, from ordering to the finished cake - all around great experience. Very friendly staff, and delicious ice cream. read more

I just went in here a couple days ago and waited around and the place felt abandoned. I was about to leave when finally someone came to help. The ice cream was not good. It was icy and the employee wasn't able to smooth it out so I got chunks of freezer burnt ice cream with some toppings on it. It was so disappointing. read more

Excellent customer service! Friendly fast employee Rafael was awesome. Love the ice cream here!!!! Had an Oreo shake which was soooo good! read more

The store ran out of cups with their logo on them. I was unable to purchase anything that comes in a cup. No spoons either (because cooperate won't allow the long handle spoons that were in stock) . I suggested they buy plain cups ( so people can at least buy something) No , they were not allowed to go out and buy plain cups. So people were being turned away. Little kids in tears, myself disappointed and shaking my had at lost business during a heatwave. read more

Sadly we didnt get our ice cream. We stood in line for 15 minutes with a line all the way to the door. Supervisor, or at least he thought he was, spent all his time reprimanding the other worker, micro the cookies 5 seconds not 10 or they'll melt! Never answer the phone if there are people in the store, i dont care if its the president of the united states, then, NO put those cookies back in for another TEN SECONDS! Begrudgingly helping customers who ordered apologetically and declined add-ins because he seemed too busy. The other person loaded a small ice cream bowl one spoonful at a time, like tablespoon at a time. We decided to go to a place closer to home. The sign about exceeding customer expectations and being fun and friendly? Someone needs to play a video back to this guy. If i was the other employee I'd walk. No job, or ice cream is worth that. read more

UNRELIABLE AND DISRESPECTFUL. Locked doors before closing time and staff were standing at the register in a group, laughing and pointing fingers at us while we stood at the locked door. read more

The cashiers/customers service were awesome super friendly but the ice cream sucks.. should rename the place cold sugar sand creamery instead of cold stone creamery... I guess stone is close enough but I still don't think ice cream should have a sandy consistency. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Cold Stone - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Leominster, Massachusetts

This evening I had a bad experience at this Cold Stone here in Leominster MA. Tonight working was a teenage male and an older woman with dark hair and dark eye make up. I was behind a customer who was trying to make friendly conversation with her while she was making an ice-cream and she completely ignored the customer, leaving that customer to awkwardly laugh it off. A few minutes later my partner was politely trying to ask the woman working for napkins. She was looking down and straight up ignoring that he was talking to her. My partner said "excuse me" 5 times (he has a loud and clear voice) and she ignored every single one. My partner honestly thought she had a hearing disability but I knew she was just being extremely rude and letting her emotions control her. Her coworker even mentioned her name and she finally responded to my partner and said "one second". You could visible tell she was in a bad mood, which I understand we can have our bad days, but it is a problem when you bring it to work and treat your customers poorly. You could feel her negative energy and you can tell her coworker walks on eggshells. Very poor and rushed service also (the kid was trying to rush his orders because she was doing online orders). Hopefully she sleeps on her left side because she clearly woke up on the floor. I also really encourage the manager to talk to this specific team member. I know there are virtual counseling sessions she can call up or do some deep belly breathing because with that attitude and rude customer service, she's going to come across the wrong customer..lol. read more

I've came to this location many times and I have got to stop. The customer service is terrible and the staff is not friendly. Alex is very rude and ill-mannered. The countertops are also always filthy. Will not be returning. read more

Terrible service. Extremely slow and I watched the young woman working pull a piece a 8 inch piece of hair out of my ice cream and hand it to me without saying a word. The line was through the door so I felt bad saying anything to the already overwhelmed employees. Don't waste your time or money at this establishment. ALSO I was charged .75¢ for a kiddie cone... Why?!!? read more

We've been going for almost 10 years and their ice cream is consistently good. We order their cakes at least 3-4 times a year and they're always sooo good. However this week, thanks to Alex we were able to order a last minute special cake while store was closed due to Covid hours. Alex made it work for us to make our daughters special day perfect! Thank you Alex, you went above and beyond and we really appreciate it!! And The cake was delicious too!! :) read more

Awful customer service and prices. Ordered a Father's Day cake. Ordered a small, said oh sorry we had too many orders, couldn't make any small cakes. Ordered it online, no phone call, paid for it. Said I would have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Then stated, "Your welcome to pick something from the freezer." Not only were they rude, they were callous and overworked by the nasty owner. I will never go there again. DQ, Meolas, Kimball Farms, Sterling, even a Carvel from Hanniford would be better. So many less expensive alternatives where you'll be treated with respect. Avoid Cold Stone unless you like being treated like the dirty, sticky floor of this establishment. read more

The ice cream is by far the best! It's so wicked creamy and delicious. The flavors are perfect. And you get the first add-on free! Soo good.

Very poor service. 3 people working. Only one helping customers. I love the ice cream but the poor service will make me hesitate to come back. Seems like they need some customer service training. read more

I would love to rate this place solely off their ice cream because it's incredible but unfortunately at this location the service is just as poor. One girl working at the time and she seemed miserable to be there and didn't want to help anyone. Left the phone ringing too. We just left which was a shame because this is one of my favorite places. read more

I tried the low fat sugarless "ice cream" flavor. It tasted like cold chalk. Try a sample but no more than that.

The most DISGUSTING mess I have ever digested. Unless... you like the taste of butter with a hint of whatever flavor you thought you ordered, then go elsewhere i.e. Kimball's or Cherry Stone Farm. The portions are unnecessarily large and I felt sick after only eating a 1/4 of their smallest size. read more

The best ice cream I have ever tasted it's so sweet, fluffy creamy goodness, and this location had great service.

Let me start out by saying this: I LOVE Coldstone. I've been going for many years and it's delicious. The worker Raphael was one the most cocky, cringy and rude associates I've ever seen. He was disrespectful to a trainee and it was uncomfortable to watch. Also they don't sing, which I find extremely disappointing. Hoping for improvements read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Cold Stone Creamery ice cream.....however, I won't be going to this location again. The service I had the other night was awful - they forgot to finish my order and even after I went and stood at the counter they didn't acknowledge me. I agree with Ron - go to Blackstone's location... read more

overpriced. After that being said, the ice cream is good. I love having the ability to create my own! read more

I stepped in to this cold stone the other day with my friend. Just one word to describe the Ice Cream...YUM! Can't get enough of the coffee lovers! The enthusiasm and efficiency of the crew serving ice cream is simply amazing! read more

We moved out to the Leominster area from Boston and decided to try this place last summer. Wow, we were floored at how awful this ice cream was. My daughter and I both threw away our cones after a few licks. Now we were spoiled in Boston, and only patronized the really top ice cream places (we are snobs), but this place compares unfavorably with Brighams and Friendly's, which are not exactly gourmet ice cream joints. We will not be going back to this place. Try Bolton Orchards, we love their ice cream. read more

I found this place very commercial. Just a more expensive version of DQ, but not necessarily better. Customer service was terrible and my ice cream was literally melting out of its cup causing a mess, and incredibly overpriced. Avoid this place like the plague. You're better off going to Meola's in Sterling and getting better quality service, and twice the amount of ice cream for half the price. It was my first time there and never going back again. read more

Ordered my sons TNMT cake three weeks in advance in January for February b'day party. Email was sent to me after the very detailed conversation in regards to cake. We were supposed to pick up the cake Sunday but it was closed due to the snow. I called Monday and told them I we would be in the following Tuesday, they said that was fine and that the cake was done. So, sometime after noon we showed up and the cake was not done. I nearly lost my sh#t. The manager was nice enough to deliver but was an hour late. Ok, so the cake was NOTHING like I had ordered. Remind you, this was a $52.00 cake. Nothing was as it was ordered, noting. I asked for a discount and he generously gave me a whooping $3.00 off cake. The following morning I check my banking account and he not only charged my FULL price but a mysterious charge of $2.85, like a tip maybe?? So, I called him and he accused me of stealing a $3.00 candle and was a prick on the phone. Customer service was shameful. The cake was gross, nothing like I had ordered. I will never do business again and I highly recommend others to not do business with these fools. read more

I went here the other day . I found the workers polite and professional . Ice cream hit the spot . Very good . No complaints .
