There's a Rocky Mountain Choc. Factory here! I love it! The guys here are friendly, helpful gentlemen. Alot of different varieties.

We're huge fans of both Cold Stone & Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory and it in 1 store! I love it! We live about half a mile from this location. I wonder why when I would Yelp Cold Stone this location never came up? Glad we seen it driving by one day. The Gentlemen here were very helpful with any questions I had. When they didn't have an answer for my question they got the Manager. He was very helpful & friendly. I was trying to figure out the name of an apple topping, He even went as far as taking his book of apples out and showed me pictures. Lol. But we figured out what apple and assured me they'll have some Monday. We will definitely be back to this store. Thank you guys.

Yummy, Yummy. All I can say is that they do a great job of making the ice cream flavor that you want if they do not already have it made!

We received many…read morecompliments on how beautiful the cake was, and then the taste of the cake was amazing...we were eating all the decorations and dazzled by the flavor of each. Mark also made it easy to keep the gender a secret from me. Him and I discussed the cake details, and then I had a friend texted him with the results to make sure it was still a surprise for me. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out (both the cake and the gender!) highly recommend Mark and Meraki Custom Cakes!

The cake was the perfect level of sweetness and packed with flavor from carrots, walnuts, raisins, and spices (and I'm sure much more). Usually I am not a big fan of layer cakes because of all of the icing but it was just enough, a great consistency, and completely complimented the flavor of the cake. I also loved the simple decorations on the top! A friend of mine picked up the cake and he and my boyfriend said that from start to finish Mark was great to work with. I should note that my boyfriend lives in Austin, TX so it means even more to me that the process went so smoothly. Thanks Meraki! I should also mention that after transportation to a few different locations and 3 days of sitting in my fridge, the cake is still sooo delicious! I took the inside cake picture after all of that too.

We tried the chocolate honey cake, triple chocolate cake, eclair, and macarons. We both got a cappuccino. The price was right, too! The pastries weren't overly sweet, which was good! I bought a raspberry mousse and attempted to eat it and the first bite tasted like it had been sitting next to meat in a refrigerator for days. The mousse itself left a waxy coating on my tongue. The icing shell did the same. The Mille-Feuille was over cooked and had old whipped cream inside and on top. The waxy coating of the tongue occurred there too. The strawberry atop the dessert was so old I believe it would have been an issue for the health department. I couldn't eat or drink any of it. I am appalled by what they sold me. This place charges quite a bit for the trash they serve up. AVOID. The owner accused me of lying after I wrote the above review on google. Instead of apologizing for the $50 I essentially set on fire, they denied and lied. Makes me question the legitimacy of the positive reviews. Then denied they use syrup in their lemonade? Not sure about you but have "natural" ingredients ever turned your juice bright red without any pulp? To the owner: Precisely! Why would I write a lie? It makes no sense to concoct lies when I have literally nothing to gain from it.

Hosted a beautiful baby shower for my best friend. We ordered cupcakes from this "bakery" and it's…read morereally just unfortunate how terrible they turned out. So bad in fact, that all we could do was laugh and throw them in the trash. I wish when the inspiration photos were initially sent, that this business would have just said that this was something they were not capable of. Instead they boxed up these sad burnt little gems and put enough tape on the box to ship them to Mexico, I guess to ensure we didn't open them immediately. I encourage anyone looking for a reputable baker in the Denver area to dodge this bullet unless your expectation is Betty Crocker with an easy bake oven. Also, before leaving any negative review we reached out to the bakery and instead of handling professionally she posted about it on Instagram and then blocked me.

Leaving a review here as this bakery posted a private conversation between us on Instagram and then…read moredeleted my comments and blocked me so that she had no accountability. My MIL ordered cupcakes for my babyshower. We sent inspiration pics and had conversations about what was expected and flavors. Day of babyshower, cupcakes were picked up - box taped shut, our own fault for not checking before leaving. Once we arrived at the venue and opened the box we realized they were not at all what was ordered, incorrect flavors, incorrect designs, overcooked and burnt on the edges. We reached out to the bakery to express our dissatisfaction, she then proceeded to post our conversation on Instagram asking if we were a Karen and praising her own cupcakes. In her posts she contradicts herself several times. She states that she received an inspiration pic and that they did the cupcakes as close as they could, but in another comment she said she didn't know what we wanted and we only gave a verbal description of desert flowers. She also states in her text to us (with the screenshot she posted) that she didn't see the cupcakes before we picked them up because they were taped shut and asked us to send a pic, but then also states 'we all thought they were very pretty'. Which one is it? I am attaching the inspiration pics as well as what we received. Cupcakes were all different sizes, icing was very minimal, designs were not even close, edges were burnt and crusty, none of the guests even touched them, we paid $150 and ended up with zero desserts at the shower. Beware of what you see online for this bakery as given this experience, they will delete anything that does not fit their narrative nor do they take any accountability. Owner - if you are reading this, we have left messages and would love to hear back from you. We have all email communication proving the ask for this order, if for some reason you are having trouble finding it.
