Definitely the nicest and most spacious Cold Stone I've ever been to! I've visited multiple locations across the US and this one was impressive. They also toss the ice cream!! This is something that I was somewhat familiar with about Cold Stone but no other location has ever done it. It's quite impressive really and makes for a fun experience. All the staff were friendly and helpful! My only note is that the location was a bit busy and maybe the stone wasn't completed wiped off before putting my ice cream on it because there were small remnants of a peanut butter-like topping that slightly influenced my flavor. The cake batter flavor wasn't quite as strong as it normally is as well. read more

won't be going back, service is not good. long wait and the employees were borderline rude when taking the order and when they made it wrong, someone in my group politely pointed out that they didn't give what i ordered, and the girl who took the order (dark hair, didn't catch her name) rolled her eyes and glared at me. because I wanted them to fix my order that they messed up... that I paid for. even the person who fixed it was not very nice about it. didn't know if I should bother writing this because i wouldn't be surprised if management just doesn't care how they treat their customers, but i figure if there's any others who like to avoid poor customer service, this might be helpful to someone read more

Haven't been to cold stone in a long time. Never been too impressed. The chocolate they use is subpar; same mediocrity as found in most places. I ordered a small berry cheesecake and I watched the employee add only three strawberries and about six blueberries! Really shameful at $8 a pop! Cold Stone should be ashamed however they won't be since their a soulless corporation who only cares about making soulless money. I can buy a pint of high end ice cream at the grocery for $8. Want some style Italian ice-cream? Head to Cold Stone. I am a bit biased because if I am going to eat ice cream I want the good stuff. Not the pretty good stuff. Never a line but the staff is always working on the next batch in the back. So I know its fresh. I also had an opportunity a few years back with Big Brother Big Sisters to see how they make it in the back. Clean, fresh, and yummy! Be sure to try the huckleberry if your visiting from out of town. I know we all have our favorite go to flavors but try something new if you can must the strength. Everything is thick and creamy. They have lots of toppings to choose from but I like it plain myself. The flavor of the ice-cream is plenty good enough for me. The owner is young lady from the Valley who works with local organizations to try and do the right thing. That is enough for me to support. Thumbs up Cold Stone! There is a turnoff on 93 N just before the store. Come in that way if on 93 N and leave through one of the main exists with a light. Cold Stone is my favorite place to get ice cream with my family (and to pick up a pint to take home for when the family falls asleep!) Everything is always fresh, the shop is spacious and clean, and the staff is cheerful. BEST customer service I have received in a long time! My daughter has a severe nut allergy and the girls were phenomenal and made sure to get a fresh batch of ice cream that had not been touched and fresh sprinkles on top. Having a child with an allergy is difficult to go out places but I am confident that the staff at Cold Stone will always go above and beyond to make sure the risk for her is low. Went to a Cayuse Prairie School fundraiser to support our granddaughter.
