Since that visit, I have returned once a week to pick up some Pupcakes for my pooch and of course, one or two of their unique and GIANT specialty cupcakes for myself! They have a few staple flavors that you can find every week such as ; Vanilla, chocolate, and banana pudding and also some staple mini cupcakes in a variety of flavors. Also weekly they will have a handful special flavors, usually seasonal. Right now in the fall/winter different variations of pumpkin/sweet potato have been available - Both are amazing! Other fantastic flavors have been vanilla-blueberry, vanilla-coconut, German chocolate, and Black Forest, to name a few. They even have a sugar free cupcake available in a different flavor each week. Let me tell you, if a group of 12 year old girls couldn't tell their chocolate peanut butter cup cupcake had no sugar in it, neither can you!! Also, I'm all about supporting small businesses, but women owned small businesses are even better! The owner, Deedee, is super friendly and helpful. I love chatting with her every time I drop in! I highly recommend this bakery the next time you have a special event or just have a hankering for a cupcake!

The location is very parking friendly and it's easy to navigate. The location was a bit busy when I went, but the staff was completely unphased by it. They got us in and out without sacrificing great customer service. This location is spacious and would be great to drop in and work because they have a coffee bar inside. I got a slice of caramel cake and a double chocolate walnut cookie, which didn't even make it out of the parking lot. It was so good in fact, I contemplated going back in to get another one. Being nearly 2500 miles away, I was very nervous about this order and contacted Oossie a lot, and she never made me feel like I was bothering her. Fast forward to the day of the event, and unfortunately her delivery driver was hit while headed to our drop-off. Causing irreparable damage to a portion of our order. The bakery called us immediately, and then went into action and in a flash worked furiously to remake as many of the cookies as possible in order to fulfill as much of our order as they could. The cookies that arrived were gorgeous, tasted delicious and although it was less than we had expected, they were amazing! This event was highlighting the release of a new door knob, and the cookies shaped as a door, with the knob on them were spot on! Then, before we even contacted them to discuss the shortages, the company had refunded me for what we didn't receive and sent us a gift certificate for a future purchase. I've always said you can tell the true character of a business and their owner by how they handle their "issues," and in this case, Sift and Crumb Coat went above and beyond in a situation that was unavoidable.
