I chose cheesecake ice cream, red velvet cake, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries with white frosting and Graham Cracker crumbs on outside. Is there ever a time Coldstone doesn't sound amazing and go down good? I don't think so either. Ice cream is a great blessing- it's good for when you're happy, celebrating, out with friends or family, when you need a sweet treat, want something to refresh you, or even when you're sad or need something to cheer you up. And Coldstone makes it all the better by how well they mix up their ice cream and give it life. Even their milkshakes are pretty darn good. The only thing I have to say for this location is that it is ALWAYS insanely busy. Like, I love ice cream but I hate coming to this Coldstone because I know there will be a line no matter the time of day. And now that it's the only one in Fargo (rip 32nd Ave location) I think that's only worsened. Service is slow and will ignore you for ages. Door dashers especially get ignored and have to wait until the workers deign to acknowledge the drivers. Regardless of how long they've been waiting and therefore the customer's been waiting. read more

Amazing ice cream! Loved the cake batter confetti, it was very creamy and tasted delicious!

The ice cream, as usual, was terrific. My beloved had the coffee with Heath bar; I had maple with Heath. Unfortunately, they were understaffed. There was only one gentleman working yesterday afternoon (Friday). I had seven people waiting in line ahead of me, and one man trying to scoop and do the mix-ins on the ice cream. It was a much longer than normal (and much longer than I wanted) wait. Was it worth it? Yes, the ice cream was as creamy and delicious as usual. I'd simply suggest that the manager have more staff working during a Friday in December when so many people are out and about doing Christmas shopping, etc. read more

Ordered Founders Favorite, subed with cake batter ice cream instead of plain vanilla. Clerk made it perfect except there was no cake batter flavoring in the ice cream; it was plain vanilla. I watched him scoop out of the container labeled cake batter. I've gotten this flavor for years, know exactly what it tastes like. Told the clerk after I ate some of it, that it's not cake batter. He offered to make another one, but no point since there's no cake batter ice cream. Next time I will ask to taste the ice cream before I order. Apparently, someone forgot to add the flavoring. Ice cream is great and I will always recommend a good desert. Although, my friends and I showed up at 9:50, which yes I get it isn't great of us considering they close at 10, but still they were open. So we walk and and instantly the girl working rolls her eyes and whispers "bruh" and my friend asked the workers politely if they were open or wanted us to leave. They actually contemplated having us just leave!! I could not believe my ears!! If I would have treated customers like this at my job I would have been in serious trouble. Unfortunately the service was so bad that I will not return. I was the only customer in need of assistance and there were 4 employees. I was at the counter and it took 3 minutes of listening to the employees talk and cleaning up ice cream tubs (while I stood directly in front of her) before anyone asked if I could be helped. I have one of these in my town, but I tried them for the first time in Fargo. Not bad, they have a lot of toppings and concoctions and such, and they throw the ice cream down in front of you on a slab and mix in one of about 20 candy/topping choices.... WOW. If you want good service look elsewhere. I'd give a zero rating if I could. The line was long, but not a half an hour long. However, we waited over a half an hour to get our ice cream. When we approached the front of the line the worker just stared at us and was very crabby. There was no apology or thank you for the wait. Both workers looked less than enthused to be there. We put in a request which was turned down with a very rude no. The guy didn't even attempt to understand what we wanted. It was clear he had no time of day for his job or serving others. The line more than doubled by the time we left (note this as it plays into what happens next). Then, the ice cream comes yay. No actually, not yay at all. One of our orders was given to us with the wrong flavor. We had taken our ice cream outside to discover butter cream instead of vanilla. I would've went back but no way when the line had become that long and knowing the worker would do nothing once again anyways. I work in the service industry and I know that if I went to work one day acting like either of the two workers it would be my last day. I am not sure if the boss or upper management come around often, but they would have a received a fat F for today's encounter. I absolutely love Cold Stone, but I will definitely not be back any time soon. I'm very disheartened to experience that kind of service at a place of such quality that I have always loved. Horrible customer service. stood there for 5 minutes nobody said a word. All three employees just continued doing something that did not pertain to any other customer. i am extrememly disapointed, will not be coming back to this location. Not terrible but pretty close!! The staff was super lazy! My friend and I got the same size and mine didn't even clear the brim, and when I saw them make it the server lifted it up with the spoon to make it appear to be more! Not worth 4.50! read more
