This is my go to place. i wish there was a second location because going in on saturday night is insane. my only complaint is the employees. sometimes they're great, sometimes they act like they dont want you there. i found a tiny hair in my ice cream, but i didnt say anything because they got slammed. if i get sick, i get sick lol but i think its okay. overall.. great place with amazing ice cream. we always eat outside because its too old cold inside. read more

The "owner" called me just to argue after I submitted a complaint. I complained that after ordering the largest container they offer, it had very little candy, or "mix-in". All they offer for a 48 oz container is 6 small scoops of candy. This is interesting because any time I had ordered it IN PERSON, I always got plenty of candy (even scattered on top). But, since I pre-ordered online, I guess quality is less important. The point of the story: if you only do 6 small scoops is mix-ins, why is a phone call necessary? It felt extremely unprofessional to call up a disappointed customer just to argue, and try to tell them how stupid their complaint was. I didn't necessarily want anything free. I just wanted the company to realize an "Everybody's" should have more candy. I could have spent $6 on a tub of ice cream at the grocery store and it would have had more toppings. That's what I'll be doing from here on out because this was ridiculous. read more

Who doesn't love ice cream and who doesn't love ice cream with lots of yummy toppings and options? Cold stone creamery is located on the east side in the Evansville pavilion by target. They offer many flavors, many options from everything from a cup to a cone to waffle cone, shakes! They even have caramel apples , cakes etc. This particular cold stone creamery is very small inside. There is Limited seating, however, there is some seating outside for a nice day. I do feel that cold stone creamery is a tad on the expensive side but it is definitely worth it read more

They don't have enough employees, and the ones that they do have, are either robots or incompetent. Secondly, human beings are not supposed to eat dairy, so an ice cream "store", is only good to make people fat, give them gas, or make them sick. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!! My friend and I looked on the website and it clearly stated that they close at 11 even the door said 11. I frequented a Coldstone in high school. This one was a huge downgrade from the other location. The store is poorly laid out so that you don't really know where the line starts and ends. The staff lacked the enthusiasm of other franchises as well. I understand not wanting to sing, but friendliness would go a long way. Lastly, my cup of raspberry sorbet was sickly sweet and not the smooth consistency of most sorbet-- it didn't seem frozen enough. Not impressed. read more

Wow totally unimpressed. Visiting from NYC and wanted ice cream so my sister took me to this Cold Stone location. The line was to the door, and only one person doing the ice cream. Two other people were "working on apples". When I mentioned to the person helping with ice cream that she needed more help she stated that the other workers couldn't help because they were assigned only to apples. Seriously! What mgr doesn't train their staff that customer service is number one?!? As a retail manager I was shocked at the lack of customer driven focus at this location. There were customers waiting in line with name badges that obviously had to return to work that kept looking at their watches. The person doing the ice cream would stop helping ice cream customers to ring up other sales. Very poor service! read more

They were very busy when we arrived, but they were well staffed and we got through the line very quickly. The staff was very helpful and our ice cream was delicious! We have always had a great experience here. The cake batter ice cream with strawberries, graham cracker crust, and caramel is my new favorite! Yum! read more

Service has downgraded in the last few years. I went in tonight and was not even greeted after I had said hello. I was the only customer in the store and felt as if I had annoyed the employee when I walked in. The last GM had everyone smiling and singing. Things have definitely changed. read more
