At first, I was told I couldn't have two flavors, and when I received my order, the cup wasn't even filled all the way. Normally a large comes with three cookies, but this time there was only one. Assistant Manager Auzur was amazing in insisting me on all my ice cream needs and questions. He took his time accommodating me and made what I ordered extra special. I ordered a pack of half of dozen cupcakes. Which was made to perfection. The price was good and they taste even better. I highly recommend ice cream cake cupcakes. The Sweet Cream Cupcake consist of a Chocolate Cup filled with a layer of Yellow Cake, Fudge and Sweet Cream Ice Cream topped with fluffy White Frosting and White and Milk Chocolate Curls. The Double Chocolate Devotion consist of a Chocolate Cup filled with a layer of Devil's Food Cake, Fudge and Chocolate Ice Cream topped with fluffy White Frosting and an OREO Cookie They also have a cupcake called Cake Batter Deluxe which is a Chocolate Cup filled with a layer of Red Velvet Cake, Fudge and Cake Batter Ice Cream topped with fluffy Pink Frosting and Rainbow Sprinkles. I recently purchased an ice cream cake for an event, and when I encountered some issues with it the following day, the management team, specifically Azhar, handled the situation very professionally. He went above and beyond by providing a replacement cake upon our departure. Such attentive management fosters customer loyalty. Service (4/5): There was a pretty long line when we got there but it went through fast. They efficiently took and made our order with no issues. RATING SHOULD BE ZERO-THEY ARE THIEVES! I stopped by earlier today and asked the young lady at the counter who spoke very poor English if they carry any small size cakes or sandwiches that I could buy with a $15 gift card my daughter gave to me and my wife. The employee took my card and said she needed to check with somebody. She stepped behind the wall to the right from me and spoke to somebody for a minute or two. The lady in her 40-50 who looked like a manager came out and told me they had no small cakes or ice cream sandwiches for $15 and that without paying anything extra I can buy only two ice creams. As I did not want to spend any money besides the gift card I gave them earlier I indicated what ice cream I wanted to take. As I mentioned earlier my card was still with the older lady, the manager, who ran it through her cash register and told me there was ZERO balance on the card. Very surprised, I asked her to double check and was told the same, that the card had no balance on it. With that she handed me back the card. Frustrated, I went back into my vehicle where my wife was waiting for me. Told her what happened, and as soon as I gave her the gift card returned to me by the Cold Stone Creamery manager she pointed that it was a different card, used several times with several dollar amounts on the back indicating multiple times usage. Very upset that I have not noticed it myself I returned to the store and asked the manager if by mistake she used somebody else's card and kept my unused $15 card. To which she just responded WHAT? like I was some kind of imbecile. I have never been to that place before, and most definitely will never go again! Not willing to ruin my Saturday I just left. Hope the people who read this will learn from my experience and never patronize this Cold Stone Creamery at 2350 Middle Country Rd., Centereach. My order should have been like $6 something so I was very surprised to hear the cashier ask for $9.73. she didn't give me a receipt and I only asked for 3 toppings and one was supposed to be free. I should have asked for a receipt. Not sure how they calculated it. The girl did give me alot of ice cream though and when I asked to try out a different flavor, she accommodated me...but I'm not sure if maybe she added that to the price. I've never gone out of my way to leave a bad review.. as I am a bartender and have been in the service industry for the last 12 years of my life. But I've honestly never felt more uncomfortable than I did today while on line at this Cold Stone. The employees were not acknowledging any of the customers and were talking amongst themselves and purposely not helping customers. It was honestly the most bizarre thing I've ever witnessed. I also had a friend who I happened to see in the front of the line with her boyfriend and had spoken to her about it after we had both left. She also said the employee stared at her for 5 minutes before acknowledging or taking her order. Just unfriendly, extremely unhappy employees. I will say the girl who finally stepped up to take my order, was friendly. And the ice cream itself was good, as always. With the weather being so hot we took our girls for a special treat. They love ice cream and we didn't want to just stop by the store as we do often, bring it home and have it. We wanted to take them out on a little date. When we walked in, the staff was welcoming and very upbeat. We took forever to decide what we wanted since there are so many incredible options. Finally, we all chose something different and each one of us, absolutely loved our treat. Our little one unfortunately knocked hers over and onto the floor only after a few bites. (This is probably why we usually stop at a store and head home, HAHA). She was devastated but the girl behind the counter was the sweetest and made her a new one without hesitation. I'm giving one star because that is the lowest it will go. Very dirty staff, place was a mess. Went there today with my Son and staff was not very cooperative with answering my questions. Staff was speaking in Spanish when I asked them something and being very rude. When I asked again she would ignore me like I wasn't there. At that point after she finished making the ice cream when she coughed at it a few times when she was making it even though she had a mask on she then proceeded to the cash register so I can pay for it. My toddler was drenching himself in ice cream while I was patiently waiting for one of the six employees to get me a napkin. Workers looks miserable and manager has no experience in customer service. Manager doesn't manage employees well cuz they straight up ignore you when they are attending online orders. Employees don't even look at you when you talk to them.
