Rooms are very clean and furnished with queen or king size beds, table and chair, chest, futon/sofa, flat screen TV, and refrigerator. We stopped around 10:30 PM and there was no staff, but there was a number on the door to call so we did. Amy answered the phone, described rooms, and quoted us a very reasonable price, then came over to let us in. She gave us a tour of the public areas of the hotel including the kitchen - rooms include continental breakfast from 5-10:30 AM. Coffee all day. Highly recommend this place.

The staff was very helpful with all thing requested I had a problem figuring out how to work the remote for the tv couldn't figure out the volume and the young man came to my room to show me and I felt less than able once he showed me how it worked. Gotta push up and down not in who knew. All in all a wonderful stay at an amazing place.

Each has its own bathroom and access to the common living area (which is super cozy and great for just hanging out- we escaped a rainstorm in here our first night!) I have bad knees and stairs are very challenging for me. No accommodation was provided and I was put on the third floor. Additionally, on the second day I was there the cleaning staff stripped the bed and just left it with no sheets or blankets on it.When I returned to the hotel at 10pm I saw the naked bed and I went down and complained to the front desk but they seemed helpless to fix the issue and he refused to go fix the issue himself, even though there were multiple employees on at the front desk at that time. Instead I had to request the bedding and then make my own bed up. Apparently my complaint about the bed issue was escalated to the General Manager who the next day told me she "read the housekeeper the riot act". Apparently that house keeper decided to take revenge for my complaint and when they made up my room for my final night they set the bedside alarm clock to go off at 3 am. The entire experience was a nightmare. I travel a lot (more than 1000 nights worth of stays at various hotels in the last 15 years), but never before have I experienced such dysfunction at a property. Save yourself the aggravation of this place, just stay someplace else.

Air conditioning is turned off in hallways and lobby, very hot and humid. Coffee tastes like dirty water, no utensils or pans in rooms with kitchen, towels are dingy and stink. Managers at front desk during the day are rude, desk clerks in evening are fine. Front doors are locked after 10 am, very uninviting. Housekeeping was great, rooms are very spacious and clean.
