From our tasting to the day of, they were super responsive, answering all questions, helping us plan our menu, helping us make accommodations for dietary restrictions, working with our venue to provide licensing information for the bartender, and even being so kind as to adjust our count when a family emergency caused our numbers to shift one week before the wedding! They were incredibly kind and attentive, the servers and bartender were great, and they not only made a special arrangement of appetizers and a beautiful mini charcuterie board for our sweetheart table so we too could enjoy appetizers while we were doing photos but checked on us throughout the night to make sure we got enough and even boxed up all of the extra food into meals for us to enjoy later!
