There's parking in the back so that bringing in your laundry is much less of a hassle since you can directly come through the back door into the laundromat. Many machines accept card payment so you don't have to worry about obtaining quarters; that being said they also have a quarter machine that never seems to break down. Finally there are a variety of sizes for the machines; the largest ones tend to go quickly but even the smaller ones hold a decent amount and do the job.

But every-time I come here it's clean, the machines work and are big and the workers are pleasant to assist you if needed. There are on occasion some sketch people that wander on in or are doing their laundry but sometimes those things are unavoidable and after a while they leave. My only gripe is the payment system they use for the machines. You have to use a card that you load money on and sometimes the card readers don't work or the machine(s) are down so you're queuing behind a line of people to load money. But overall it's good place and I continue to come back.

I haven't encountered any problems with my dry cleaning or alterations whenever I bring business to them.

I have been fortunate that at any dry cleaners I've been too when I give one of the workers the receipt to find my clothes they are able to find it, but I find that the handwritten paper receipt is archaic when it comes to organizing. There's a dry cleaner near the UC Bart Station where there's an upgrade when it comes to organizing. US Cleaners uses an electronic machine to print out the receipt, which shows the barcode and day to pick up your clothes. I came here recently as a I had pus stain on the right knee of my paints (sorry for the grosteque description). When I picked up my pants I gave one of the workers the receipt. I mentioned that in the past I was amazed how workers can find your clothes based on the numbers on the receipt, but there were times the process would take several minutes to find your clothes. That was not the case at this cleaner and it may be due to the barcode, which is printed on the receipt. Within a couple of minutes one of the workers was able to find my clothes. Regarding the stain on my pants this cleaner did the best it could to remove the stain as there is no mark of the stain on the outside of the pants. If you want to go to a cleaner where it's efficient I recommend US Cleaners.

Our washer has been temperamental-- sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Anywho, I had been to…read morea laundromat closer to home that was kinda unkept so I decided to try this place based on Yelp pics. What a difference! When I walked in there were dryer sheets tossed about and some random lost socks BUT 5 minutes later a woman walked in to clean! In 20 minutes she: swept, dusted all the dyers, cleaned front of washing machines, wiped down the tables, moped, and organized the laundry carts. The only thing she didn't do was wipe down the chairs---I'm being picky. Anywho, the place is clean, there are multiple priced washing machines ranging from $3.75--$10.25. And the dryers are .25 for 4 min. There are 6 chairs to sit that look clean, vending machines for soap, change machines, and you can pay for each machine with a credit card and plenty of parking. Oh and ready for this? Not a single machine that's Out of Order!!!
