The menu is expansive and we didn't want to hold up the people behind us waiting in line. There are three size options for their coffee: 12oz, 16 oz and 20 oz. Soy milk is $1 extra, which I needed for my latte since I'm lactose intolerant! The person inside the cup was very friendly and patient as the three of us decided what we wanted. Caines Head Coffee is a small batch artisan roast company that operates out of Seward, Alaska. Their website says they source from environmentally conscious farms. I always get this late afternoon caffeine craving and wanted a latte. After I put in my order, the shuttle pulled up. The barista was nice enough to put a rush on my order so I wouldn't miss it. I appreciated the great service and my yummy latte. Caines Head Coffee only operates out of this concession trailer during the summer season.

They sure did! This quaint bakery was a joy to visit from start to finish. The staff was super attentive and helpful with a smile. I was craving a nice, soft cookie, and they had SIX delicious gluten-free flavors to choose from: Red Velvet, Chocolate Chip, Double Chocolate Chip, Nutella, Matcha Macadamia, and Oatmeal Chocolate Chip. Talk about a happy surprise! So often, gluten-free options feel like an afterthought at bakeries, but not here. After much deliberation, I went with the Double Chocolate Chip and enjoyed it as soon as we got back to our hotel room. DEEEE-LISH!!
