Advised her mine is less than 6 months old and she said they're not accepting new patients at all. Asked her why I wasn't just told that from the beginning (because I knew they were trying to BS me at this point) and the coordinator said they're a small practice and won't accept my "horrible attitude". Crazy because for being a small practice you'd think they'd actually have customer service. He takes everything seriously and genuinely listens. Just recently, he personally called me twice (on a Saturday) in one day after reviewing urgent bloodwork for my son. That kind of follow-up and compassion is rare. He always goes above and beyond for my kids and never brushes anything off.
