Worst staff ever!
On one occasion, there was an abnormality on my lab results. I asked to speak to Dr Schellinck. I was told the test was normal. I said the lab report says that it's abnormal. She said the abnormality is actually normal. I said I wanted to speak to the doctor about it. She began to scream at me. Really??? As veterinarians, we call EVERTY client back to discuss ALL results whether they are normal or not, every single day, every patient. In this case, I was not allowed to even speak to the doctor about a test result clearly marked abnormal by the lab. I finally gave up.
The last straw was in trying to find out the results of an ultrasound on my thyroid. I was told doctor could not discuss results over the phone. I had to make an appointment. The day of the appointment I was told I did not have an appointment, either that particular day, or any others. The receptionist asked who I had made the appointment with. I said the person who had answered the phone. She replied that only 2 people made appointments, she and another person. I replied, then obviously it wasn't you. I said maybe he can squeeze me in today. She said there are 3 appointments ahead of me. I asked if I could leave and return when they were finished. She asked if I was going to wait. I again asked if I could return later. She again asked if I was going to wait. (really???) She then stated that I was always rude and I should read my reviews! (like I could...) to which I told her she may want to read theirs. I then asked to speak to the office manager. She came out and said I had an appointment on the 3rd (the other woman had said I did not have any appointment) I replied I would not have made an appointment on a workday, and I had just been told I had no appointments and that they were clearly incompetent. She then handed me the Ultrasound report, which had normal results!
So to summarize, they won't let you talk to the doctor about an abnormal result, insist that you make an appointment just to be told a result was normal, tell you conflicting information about your appointment time, then complain that YOU are rude! They are rude, incompetent, yell at you, attempt to cover up their incompetence and are completely unprofessional. Beyond that, they never smile or greet you in a friendly way.
