While it was Pennzoil it was $10.00 cheaper than the grade i paid for (Ultra).. they said their part numbers are the same therefore both product lines are same price meanwhile there is a reason why on is actually $10.00 more. They seemed happy to attempt to take the extra 10 bucks in the deal and give me the lesser oil while telling me they are the same. Pennzoil on the actual container shows the tiers of oil and why they would cost more. I just asked for refund on the whole thing and was happy to leave w/o having to deal with this idiocy any longer. Buyer beware.

We had an issue with our truck that they helped us fix and it may not have been all their fault, but they covered the repair. That kind of integrity is wonderful. I know they can't do that all the time, but it goes to show a strength that is necessary in business. One area that could use improvement is communication. We had a plow on the truck when it arrived, but when it was going to be picked up, they didn't put the plow back on after servicing it and our guy almost left without it. When he asked about it, the service department representative was a bit on the rude side. (Although, my guy may have contributed to that interaction if he was frustrated, but it could have been handled better any way you look at it.)

Wanted to sell me a brand new one, I got a used one from Cahill's. Because the used transmission had a different linkage, the dealership wouldn't warranty their work. Transported to Cahill's and they put the car back together with a change of the linkage on the transmission for a very reasonable price! I really appreciate all her dedication to do what was right and will be considering Lundgren for future purchases. 6/23/22 Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this dealership. Ted Free, the salesman, was great at time of order but then when he was made aware by myself that he had made a big mistake 9 weeks into order, I was told everything was up to par still and then I never heard back from him. The only reason I found out he had ordered the wrong color was because I had been making phone calls to check up on the order number after a few months. I never received paperwork for the actual order showing that he had made an error in color. Had he given me the correct paperwork, I would have noticed and would have been able to resolve the mistake that same day. I reached out to Ted several times and finally decided to call the store manager when calls or texts were not returned. They actually asked me to call some dealerships to see if I could find the same car to do a trade. I found myself doing all the leg work for someone else to receive the commission on my sale. Although Betsy has tried to help out, it kept going back to waiting on Ted. I tried reaching out to Subaru of America as well and they just told me I needed to deal with Bennington Subaru directly. As of today, I still have heard nothing from Ted and have had to reach out again in regards to getting my deposit back. I honestly feel as though I was forgotten as a client possibly because of my age or just that it was a small town and they knew me. I firmly believe had I been an older adult struggling with this order, they would have gone out of their way to help resolve the situation. This was supposed to be such an exciting time for me as it would have been my first car purchase. Instead, I feel as though I was left in the dark over a big mistake made by the salesman. I should also say that It had already been 2 and a half months into the process before finding out it was the wrong color car. All I wanted was for them to take responsibility and do what they needed to make this right, but that didn't happen. It's very unfortunate that a small town dealership where I grew up wasn't willing to correct this issue on their own. So many mistakes were made on the part of both the salesman and dealership. Had they taken responsibility for the errors, I would not be writing this negative review and would have worked with them to make it right. I guess I learned not to put trust in people who once the paperwork is signed, they forget about you. I should have been treated the same as anyone else, if not better because they knew me.
