We had an issue with our truck that they helped us fix and it may not have been all their fault, but they covered the repair. That kind of integrity is wonderful. I know they can't do that all the time, but it goes to show a strength that is necessary in business. One area that could use improvement is communication. We had a plow on the truck when it arrived, but when it was going to be picked up, they didn't put the plow back on after servicing it and our guy almost left without it. When he asked about it, the service department representative was a bit on the rude side. (Although, my guy may have contributed to that interaction if he was frustrated, but it could have been handled better any way you look at it.)

Received the vehicle in October, and within 24 hours the…read moreTPMS light came on, the windshield wipers went crazy, the windows would roll themselves down, and the collision alert sensors would go off for absolutely no reason. I brought it back and told them what was going on. They had it from January 5 until March, fixing the tires, recalls, etc. When I got it back, a whole new light popped up on the screen. "Emissions system failure", so I bring it back in. Again. They changed my oil and didn't even look at why the light was on. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I went to open my rear passenger side door and the fucking handle FELL OFF. So what do I do? I bring it back. AGAIN! In order to fix the handle and sunroof vibration/hum - it will cost nearly $2k. They wound up fixing the emissions system problem, but it still cost me well over $600 out of pocket. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and AG's consumer protections agency. I can't afford to NOT have a vehicle (I need it for work), but I also can't afford all the repairs on a car I purchased EIGHT MONTHS AGO.
