Im glad direct tv had DVR however know that selecting "record first aired only" means nothing because it will record every season of the show and if you delete a recording it will record it again. The sound is all over the place, i have to turn up and down durning shows. Argh so annoying. i am glad i got the dish planted in the ground instead of on my roof i feel it helps with weather interaction. The one thing i was worried about was it going out in bad weather. Well that issues doesn't exist the one time it went out was during a severe storm and it only lasted 10 mins. Update on that...its summertime apparently clouds are an issue, 80 degrees and no signal! Also one channel has been off for a month now all my true crime :( Also you can restart shows and movies thats awesome, however the show will jump about the quality is only good when you record the show. Another issue is you can set your DVR to record a show that you don't actually get so you can look forward to a movie or show only to find out it didn't record. The internet is great and its fast.

They claim to bury 18 inches but it looked like 4 or 5 inches at best -Unexplained bill increases. Most likely pulling back their covid-era speed increases by charging their customers. -Customer service chat/phone call is the worst I've ever dealt with. Agents need to have the issue repeated multiple times. You're reporting an issue and they say "excellent, I'm glad to hear that and hope you're doing well". Either not understanding or not listening. -Canceling was very painful. Could not be done through chat, had to be done over the phone, was transferred 4 times and kept getting asked to renew. I'm still getting calls and emails to reactivate my service. I also had to pay Fedex to ship my equipment back, I couldn't drop them off at this location. I know most internet/cable companies are poor but WOW is by far the worst I've ever had. Avoid at all costs.

By 11:15 AM, I still hadn't been helped despite being on their list for over an hour. This is the second or third Xfinity box I've had that has failed, so it's already been a frustrating day. At 11:20 AM, the support representative finally called me up to the counter. However, as I was walking up, a woman who had just arrived cut in front of me. The employee chose to assist her first, so I had to sit back down and wait even longer. When I was finally seen, swapping out my modem took less than a minute, but the representative who helped me had an unpleasant attitude. This store is in serious need of better management and staff training.

When you get transferred, you'll have to explain the entire situation all over again...each time you get transferred. That alone can turn the calmest, most peaceful of souls into a raving lunatic. The two-star rating is for average internet and horrific customer service.

I primarily communicated with Corey prior to the appointment and he was always available, even in the evenings, and very professional. Our first TV arrived dead on arrival and the replacement TV was scheduled to arrive the same day as the rescheduled mounting appointment. Corey was incredibly accommodating with these time constraints which was very much appreciated by us. Chris and Demario were the technicians who performed the work at our appointment. Both were incredibly kind, professional, and dedicated to doing the job "right." They mounted the TV and soundbar and also ran 3 HDMI cables behind our fireplace and into our built-in cabinets. They used measure tapes and bubble levels to ensure everything was straight and centered. The cable management behind the TV was great and everything was hidden. The next day I thought the TV might have been slightly crooked, but after checking myself with a measure tape and level, I realized that it was actually the walls and trim of my home that were not straight! I am so happy with the work and they came in at less than 50% of the price quoted by a different local company. We will definitely be using them again for other TVs and low voltage needs in our home!

And, they were happy to run through the TV to make sure we were ready to go as well. I can't recommend Express highly enough. Just a terrific customer oriented company that aims to please.

The store is clean and modern and well stocked with all the latest and greatest upgrades a new tech toys. They had my issue resolved and on my way in less than 10 minutes. Credited my account for my inconvenience which made me grateful that they respected the inconvenience I experienced. I will stay a loyal customer because service and quality internet is hard to find.
