I asked if the chai latte could be made vegan, and he assured me that it could be, so that's what I ordered with oat milk. Whoever came up with that dish created a miracle of flavor - from the brie cheese, to the toasted bread, to the cherry tomatoes, to the hot honey, to the fresh avocado, to the chive flowers, to the pink peppercorn and pistachio confetti, it was perfect on a plate. Husband ordered the French onion soup which is some of the best he has ever had. It came layered with a thick layer of Gruyère and that is now his favorite way to eat French onion soup. He also got the Mont Blanc which was amazing - perhaps too big to be stacked on top of each other. He did comment it would be better if the components were separate - but he did enjoy that nonetheless. We got the chai ginger cider which was amazing - not much chai but wonderfully spiced cider. The Happy Bird uses turkey sausage, which is good for anyone who wants less red meat in their diet, and I liked the cheese a lot.
