The ambiance is really nice here :) desserts are nice too. Nothing bad to say! Service is good!

Came here for a study session, food and drink were great but they blast the A/C with periods of slightly less colder air, cooling down all my hot items. Really clean, love the natural light from the windows. Would definitely come back to study again, will have to bring a sweater though. read more

Its like they are trying to go out of business. I was here yesterday for the first time in a while and found that they have covered up all the outlets, I suppose in an effort to prevent people from plugging in and staying too long. Whatever too long is in their minds. I'll give this place 6 more months before either they shut down or the franchisees are kicked out. read more

A famous coffee brand in Canada. Even there are two locations in KW region. Overall, the coffee is not so good, just as normal. The food is also like the normal coffee sells. There is nothing special for this place. The service is ok, they can make coffee instantly. Sometimes the store would be crowded and noisy, especially in the afternoon. Once I went there in the afternoon and looking for a study place, there was too noisy to stay in. read more

I really would not recommend this location. The washrooms are always a mess - including one time there was blood splattered on the floor and walls. It used to be you'd go in not not be able to get a table because students would take up an entire booth with their laptops and books everywhere. Now it's usually easy to get a table because it's the summer and students are gone for the most part. The service is SO SLOW. Like how long does it take to give me a drip coffee to go? 5 minutes? Ya that's too long. They've forgotten my order completely 3 times, and I've had to go ask about it and they acted like it was my fault. The good is good though, which is why it gets 2 stars. read more

Nice place to sit and get work done. Great coffee and snacks, and nearby shopping in the plaza to keep you motivated to finish work. The booths are so comfy but just a heads up, there are only a few spots that have a plug if you need to charge your laptop. read more

Came here for a study date yesterday expecting it to be quieter than most coffee shops in Waterloo since it is further away from the university. To my surprise, it was still pretty full - but it wasn't overly noisy. The service was really friendly, the food was delicious, and I liked how there were plugs at every table :) very accommodative. Would definitely go again! read more

I've been coming to this location for a year, I found out this week that they no longer open at 6 am. I find it interesting that Coffee Culture changed its hours at the same time as minimum wage was increased. I was coming in at least 3 times a week to get my coffee between bus transfers. They've covered up all the outlet so people can no longer hold business meetings or study here, the "free" wifi that supposedly comes with any purchase is always not working. Coffee itself is mediocre at best, some of their other drinks are alright - the hot chocolate is dreadful though since it seems as though it's from a packet. Muffins are dry, cookies are alright but I recommend staying away from any sandwiches as they tend to taste a bit off. read more

Appears to be new owners here now. Not very attentive to the customers requests. I walked out. Went elsewhere for my coffee. The thing is, I took 3 other people with me. I don't think with this attitude they are going to survive long. I feel sorry for the original operator that was here when this location opened. Too bad they're no longer here. They were awesome. If you are looking for a place to get work done, go elsewhere!! Wifi is incredibly unreliable and they're lacking in outlets if you need to plug in a device. I have had to leave several time without purchasing anything because I couldn't connect to the wifi. It's a shame because I really like their teas =/ read more

I come here once in a while when I wait for the bus. It's a nice and cozy coffee place, nothing too special though. I did enjoy the strawberry muffin with nutella fillings. read more

I came here today on my way to work to get some tea. Unfortunately I left without any tea because I after waiting in line for 5 minutes while not a single person in front of me was served, I realized that I would be late for work if I kept waiting. Not even sure what was going on...there were three staff members behind the counter and they were all kind of standing around with vacant expressions. You are better off going to the starbucks down the road if you are under a time constraint! read more

Very clean; great coffee (well, you know, think William's; what I got was maybe a little better than the typical Starbucks brew). The food was also rather good (and better value than Starbucks too!), though I'm not sure it rivals William's in that regard. Definitely found this location superior to the other two on King street though. Didn't use wifi, but they just opened all you hipster students out there; give them a break. The place is full of easily accessible power outlets for all your gadgetry (I mean almost every table), and is a lot more comfortable than Starbucks, so have some patience people; they'll come 'round. read more

The food and drinks are good, but the service is terrible, they don't clean up the tables and if I do ask them to clean, they get really mad. Whoever who's working on Thursday afternoon should learn how to properly serve people. read more
