I didn't want sausage gravy on my hashbrowns or my eggs, but it was easy enough to swap the bacon and the biscuit and put the biscuit in the little container where I could cover it with gravy and devour it. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the bacon was nice and crispy (you check a box if you want it crispy) and the hashbrowns were very tasty. All in all, I highly recommend this spot near Eden Prairie, and I look forward to dining there in the future.
