My husband use to stop by often here as he said the coffee was amazing. However, he stopped going because the people who worked there were so rude. Every. Single. Time. On his last trip in he mentioned they had some cool little items for gifts but he warned me that they weren't friendly. I ignored his last comment and was sooo excited for these little MD and Bel Air Knick knacks I could give people for gifts. I ended up buying almost $200 worth. When I went up to the register the girl behind the counter immediately acted like I was an imposition on her time. She turned to another girl and said "Can you finish this?" As the other girl sighed and rolled her eyes I greeted her with "Hi, how's your day?" Her reply was something like, "Do you want these wrapped in tissue?" I said "Oh, that would be great so they don't break!" Plus they had these cute little bags (nice touch for gifts). Well then she got super frustrated...I actually felt bad for saying yes. I told her she didn't need to do the small bags and I'd do it myself later. She continued with the tissue and bags that took her a total of maybe 3 minutes. It was like a weird scene out of movie. I actually looked around because I thought maybe I was getting punked because there's no way any two individuals could be so condescending to another human being let alone to a customer. Unfortunately, I didn't find any hidden cameras and there was no one else in line. There was a small little group of women sitting at a high top table enjoying themselves but there weren't any customers being served so I was very confused by their demeanor. Upon receiving my $180 worth of 4 tissue wrapped bagged gifts I was feeling buyer's remorse and regretting the whole experience. The girl walked away and didn't even say thanks. I said, "Oh may I have my receipt?" She quickly beat on the iPad buttons and got me my receipt without a word. I vowed that I would never step foot in that store again regardless of how good the coffee was (which I agree it is) or how cute the trinkets (absolutely adorable). read more

Outstanding. I stopped in here with a friend who knew the owner and we had a nice long chat, before settling down to a coffee and treat. All the scones are made in house - and I was treated to a pear cinnamon scone (with icing!). The espresso itself was fresh and came out with a nice layer of crema - showcasing the freshness of the beans. I love the decor here - and all the little gifty items. Service wasn't very nice and they aren't organized / efficient , if you order something the cashier verbally says the order to the barista might even have to say it twice . If they just wrote the order on the cup it would save time. The coffee itself was okay. They do have a lot of flavors to choose from. read more

I remember this place from when I was in school always thought it was good coffee. When visiting home after several years away I thought I would stop by for a drink. I travel a good deal and always try to frequent local places. I hate starbucks. I should have gone to starbucks. The Americano is probably the worst tasting coffee I have ever had at a gourmet coffee shop. It tasted stale and a bit like the cheap paper cups that it was served in. The whole bean coffee was stored out in the open without lids! Not only is the coffee suppose to be kept in air tight containers but this is also unsanitary. I bought my wife a pumpkin spice latte and it was so bad she couldn't finish it. Not sure if we got an inexperienced barista or what but it was terrible. I actually though about turning around and going back to have them remake the drink. But I figured it wasn't worth it. Next time I am in town I will go to starbucks I guess. read more

Local coffee shops are a must for the business traveler. The brown water commonly served in chain hotel breakfasts does nothing to start my motor. Coffee Coffee was a lucky find, tucked away in a shopping mall. All of the blends I have tried were nicely roasted and brewed - the Sumatra (Fair Trade) was especially good. The food selection looks enticing though I haven't tried any of the goodies. The staff is friendly, and the shop has a strong local following. Definitely worth a visit, and if I was a local I would be a regular! read more

Great coffee bean selection. Unfortunately service consistently sucks. I've had to walk out on multiple occasions because there's multiple lines going (some people getting bakery, coffee, beans) and they don't know who to serve first as everyone is standing g around. Baristas also consistently irritated between rotating to weigh/bag beans or take coffee orders. If the beans weren't so good, i would stop coming here. read more

I love it here! What a cute shop. The coffee and baked goods are always so delicious and fresh. They have creative and tasty lattes, wonderful affogato with ice cream from Bloom's Broom and cute little gifts for sale. They also have candies, local honey and chocolates you can purchase. Ever since Betsy moved to her new, bigger location, the quality of Coffee Coffee has been going downhill. Her staff are poorly trained and not courteous. Her coffee is lacking flavor and strength. And her espresso drinks are overpriced and poor quality. On a recent visit I asked for a decaf coffee and they made me a Snickers Latte. There was eight girls behind the counter with so many people, you would think they got it right. Maybe she needs to get back to the basics. read more

The coffee was Ok, but when I got home I had an email from them. I DID NOT give them my address. They are telling me that I must have given my address to someone else and that "It wasn't them, it was the credit card company. I don't trust the security of their system or of the credit card system that they use. With all the scams and phishing that is going on, the last thing that I need is for their system or credit card system to have information that I did not provide. I have multiple email addresses. The one that they used is my private email that I only give to close friends and family. I do not give that address to business or credit card companies. BE WARNED. read more

Cute cute cute coffee shop in the Festival shopping center in Bel Air. They have great coffee and great local treats from different vendors. Some of the stuff can get pricey but definitely worth checking out. My husband loved that the owners have a Vermont connection. read more

They sell Dangerously Delicious Pies and serve their quiche slices with fresh apple slices, which is an absolutely delightful touch. The baristas are smart and fast! Very cool place, Bel Air is lucky to have it. I think it is 500 times better than Starbucks. Coffee tastes as fresh as I've ever had, and the snacks they sell are awesome. I decided to buy some of their ground coffee to go and the people working there were nice and helped me out a lot. Best coffee in Harford County (that I have found.). Coffee-Coffee is locally owned, and the variety is amazing. The service is also well beyond what Panera bread provides. (At coffee coffee, they will french press your coffee, and give you recommendations. And guess what? They actually KNOW what they're talking about!) How about dollar re-fills? We had access to many of the best coffe roasters in the Central NJ area and were concerned that nothing could match it in Bel Air. I am not someone that takes the time to write a review, but I felt compelled to inform those out there who are similar to me. I was super excited to visit this place because I've driven past it for more than a year. Finally, having some extra time, I stopped by to partake of my long awaited coffee. But buyer beware!! The customer service at this establishment is poor and the coffee based on the price is not worth it. This was after visiting two times, my first visit the ladies behind the counter was not very welcoming, but I wanted so much for this to be my go-to place. So I decided to give it a second try, but sadly the interaction was much worst. I noticed the place was empty and entered the establishment to ask if they were closed. The lady behind the counter told me that there was a sign on the door and that they were closed. I replied telling her I had only just asked and walked with amazement at how rude one individual could me, especially a staff member to a customer. It's a really small business so please remember every customer is very important.
