First impressions: "Oh she cuuuuute!" This "European style cafe with Argentinian flair" is tucked in the small Stevenson Village shopping plaza. If you have no clue where that is, it's less than 10 mins from: - Meadowood Regional Park (Timonium) - Wegmans (Owings Mills) - Baltimore County Library (Pikesville branch) There! Now you have no excuse not to fold it into your errands. At the time of this review, their hours are Tues-Sat 8am-3pm. I had a Nutella croissant, a cookie, and a hot cafe mocha. I loved the mocha and the Nutella croissant was filled generously. The cookie was tasty but thin and extremely buttery. I've heard good things about their savory scones and croissants, I'll definitely be back!!

Convenient (McDonogh bus stop), and not much else around here. Lots of coffee choice and very pretty pastries. Pastries were 9 dollars before tip for a croissant and 5 dollars for a basic cup of coffee If convenience counts then this place works fine. Croissant wasn't flaky or fresh. I asked for the coffee and croissant for eating there and was given it to go. Very few stools to sit on.

I have been looking forward to check out Cafe Luli as it's one of the new cafes that have recently opened up in the Baltimore county area. I got their iced americano and their glazed croissant. Iced americano was good but I will say the drink prices can get a little pricey if you choose to add non-milk options and flavors to your drink. The glazed croissant was good but nothing too special. I think it might have been better if it could be heated up but we came later in the day and the oven was no longer on. Service was nice and friendly though. There is very limited seating inside and outside so if you can't find seating, it's more of a pick up and take away your order vibe.

I came here Monday night and there were no other customers were present. The dining area gave me…read moreEgyptian and Moroccan vibes. I ordered the Middle Eastern Combination Platter ($12.95) which came with 3 pieces of falafel, 2 small grape leaves, an incredibly small portion of hummus, babaganoush, foul (fava bean stew), tahini sauce, pita bread and a "Mediterranean salad". The falafel was too hard on the outside that I could not pierce my fork through it. It was almost as if they deep fried it multiple times. In addition, there was wayyyy too many cumin seeds in the falafel. The grape leaves were just ok and filled with a rice mixture. The foul was also full of cumin. The menu states that feta cheese is included, but I received none. The "Mediterranean salad" was not a Mediterranean salad at all. It was more like a cheap garden salad with cucumbers, tomato, lettuce, and carrots. I also ordered the mixed lamb & chicken kabob ($15.95) which only came with rice, onions, roasted green peppers and tomato, and a bland tahini sauce. There were no mushrooms as the menu stated there would be. Both the lamb and chicken were dry and had no flavor to them. I was pretty disappointed with this place. They lack serving components of what their menu states and the food quality is not fresh and flavorful.

So let me tell you what we DIDN'T get. I'm a huge fan of feta cheese so I was sorely put out when the feta cheese cubes were missing, and the grape leaves were about the width of your ring finger and didn't have much taste. The fool was chunky and lacking in flavor and the tahini sauce and salad dressing were watery. We also got a Four Seasons pizza but my BF said that the crust had a vague cinnamon flavor to it that he found odd. We spent $50+ and I just thought, "Meh." I would not be so harsh if I hadn't gone to Habib Meditteranean in Glen Burnie the week before and had some food that I thought was pretty darn terrific.

Gary Donovan, the operations manager, was incredible. He put my order in, put a rush flag on it (since I'd been waiting for my original order for almost an hr by that point), and was super apologetic/friendly, even though the issue did not lie with the restaurant. He even comped a drink; I'd ordered a butterfly haze drink and I don't think he heard me so it wasn't included in my original transaction, but he declined my order to charge me for it once I realized. Gary and his team were superstars and ensured that I got my food quickly and efficiently. I'm so appreciative!

It's really a shame how poor service and management can ruin a restaurant…read more For many years I have enjoyed First Watch. I have patronized numerous locations. I have been going to their Pikesville location for 4 years. NOT ANYMORE! Let's start with the rude man who is the Host/cashier. He seats folks however he feels like rather than when they came in. Today was the last draw! He sat two women who came in after I did before me. Say what you will but "coincidentally" they were black and so is he! The feckless manager offered no help. This arrogant front man is mishandling his position while the manager retreats to the kitchen. I know several customers who have abandoned the Pikesville location for the Owings Mills facility. I previously wondered why, but not anymore. THE PIKESVILLE FIRST WATCH IS DETERIORATING!
