Valerie Carpenter has been my amazing #1 healer for the past four years, and I happily travel an…read morehour each way to see her. She has an abundance of abilities and techniques, and has helped me immensely in recovering from my traumatic past. During these years, we have dealt with one deep place or another, and the work has been so healing without any need to relive the traumas. In fact, more powerful than hypnosis and other modalities I have experienced, Valerie's work lifts the traumas up, up and away. Issues we have dealt with do not resurface again like a broken record. A few years ago, Valerie conducted a soul retrieval for me, reintegrating younger parts of me who had "split the scene", so to speak. There is no possible way I can describe this experience, so many emotions flowed through, and since that healing I have felt more whole, and many "checking out" behaviors have diminished or disappeared altogether. I am now enrolled in Valerie's "Humming Along" program, which I plan to continue for the foreseeable future. This month's session was scheduled just days before the mandatory stay at home order, and I wasn't sure if I should travel and risk exposure for either of us. Valerie suggested we do a remote session, and it was so powerful. There I was comfy in my favorite chair in my living room, and while it was a different experience than being physically in the same room, Valerie's abilities enable her to tap in remotely as if we were in the same room. My work with Valerie is my gift to myself, for my wellbeing. I am sleeping so well, free of bad dreams and panic attacks, and I am the happiest and healthiest I've ever been. Feeling 70 years young and loving my life. Thank you, Valerie!

One of the most energetically bright interiors I have stepped into in a long time. I felt completely held by Valerie and the Vestibule which allowed me to sink into the experience feeling calm, open and safe. Although I thought I was going in for a simple liver cleanse, what surfaced was deeper and more profound and Valerie was right on it! I received a powerful energetic healing that has left me feeling 500 pounds lighter and the clarity keeps increasing as the days go by. I look forward to my next session with this gifted woman in this truly magical place.

They offer two sessions for sound baths a week in the early evenings on Wednesdays and Fridays. While I am not local to the area, it is definitely worth the drive out. I've brought a couple friends with me recently and they also expressed how relaxing the sound bath was and how it was just what they needed. Also unlike some other sound baths I've attended, Kapwa Wellness has the space all set up for each attendee. They provide not only the yoga mat, but also a blanket, bolsters, and also yoga blocks that help with the comfort and the experience of the sound baths. While I can't always come as often as I'd like, coming back always feels like a haven for me - especially during the hustle and bustle of our daily lives. Can't wait for my next visit! If you're thinking about visiting or trying out a sound bath for yourself I'd say do it. You have nothing to lose but everything to gain. (Also if that's not your cup of tea quite yet, they also host other uplifting and educational workshops and also Qi Gong sessions! I haven't had the chance to try out these other offerings yet, but hoping to be able to in the near future.)

Mark sold memberships to my friends without informing that the visits could not be used when they relocated the business a few minutes away under a new name, and they changed their policy to disallow me from having others use my visits. The shift in good will and energy was palpable. They didn't increase their prices, but instead started having super rigid new policies. And I understand a business needs to make money, but I stopped feeling positive energy around Mark, and was treated as if i wanted to take advantage of them. It was odd. Maria never had negative energy. But I don't feel safe in that environment and wouldn't bring my trauma survivors there due to the negative passive aggressive energy from Mark. It was hurtful and unnecessary and hostile and not in the spirit of assertive communication, healthy boundaries, trust, or healing AT ALL
