My Background: I have been a "spiritual seeker" for the last 15 or so years. I have read dozens of spiritual books, attended countless seminars, and researched many different spiritual modalities. I keep hoping that the "Answer" will be at the end of the next book I read, seminar, or spiritual event. And the results have been about the same each time - I don't feel any clearer, better, more insightful, or spiritually progressing. The Wakeup Moment: Stop the madness! What I continue to seek - I am not finding. I need help. What I keep doing is NOT WORKING. The Solution: A business colleague of mine recommended I talk to Fran about doing some energy work with me - energy work is a euphemism for clearing, healing, and realigning your mind, body, and spirit, helping to let go of all the crap you continue to carry with you that drags you down and fragments you. Fran's Spiritual Credentials: Fran is a very humble person. She would never toot her own horn, so that I will do it for her. Fran possesses a unique blend of hands-on, 3+ decades of real-world practice in energy healing, channeling/mediumship, intuition, spiritual teaching and guidance, and life coaching. I am here - right now; much healing has taken place. I feel much calmer and much less frustrated in life, have gone through the grieving process of losing both parents in less than 10 months, and overall feel more accepting of myself and where I am heading in life. (I am extremely happy with the progress Fran and I have allowed to unfold together.) My Journey Continues With Fran: As most of us life-long learners understand, this is an ongoing process and journey. The process takes as long as it takes, and you must be OK with that. I continue to work with Fran for 2-4 sessions per month. From each session to the next, I make significant progress, continue to heal, and shift my energies and mindset, allowing me to live in a much more centered and peaceful place. It's 1-1/2 hours and suited just perfectly to my lazy ass, since you spend a good amount of time meditating or laying on the ground LOL. The Holistic class does have some great asanas so you get a workout but the best part was the chanting and meditation. Nicole is knowledgeable and funny too. Plus she has a mini-harmonium so she gives you a great drone to chant to. Nothing like real sound vibrations from a real instrument, as I always say!
