I had heard of Reiki (see first sentence), and a friend "did it on me" when I was grieving a loss about two decades ago. "That's cool. I'm open. After all, it's ancient and Japanese and involves working with one's life force energy - I'm in! Who couldn't use a life force energy tuning!" I've known Heather as a friend for a couple of years, so I was definitely comfortable with her. What I didn't anticipate was the level at which I would feel relaxed and restored. I came out of our session feeling so positive and energized and yet relaxed. She has an amazing way of setting the intention in the room and intuiting exactly what I needed. It was the perfect reset button for me. I realize that since she's a friend, that this review will be perceived as not having as much "gravitas" as if a stranger wrote it - but don't be fooled!
