I recently reconnected with Morgan after randomly walking by her new shop near One House Bakery, and the timing honestly couldn't have been better because I had been having such a stressful week. I have seen many psychics, some SPOT ON and some so-so. Dolly was alright. She wasn't as spot on as some of the others but she knew some stuff that was happening to me, like the fact that I am moving and that my mother was ill....BUT, I came to her with A LOT of negative energy surrounding me after going through a few traumatic experiences during the eclipse, and she didn't pick up on any of those! If I could give no stars I would, but I have to choose one. I just called to find out if this place had any openings for a reading today, and a woman with a rude tone answered the phone without acknowledging the name of her business. I was unsure of who I was talking to since she did not properly greet me. My spirit guides must've really been looking out for me, because the fact that she did not have an opening today and was rude over the phone was meant to be. I'm pretty intuitive myself so I'm sure that a reading with this lady would've went south real fast based on her professionalism and energy I felt over the phone. It always amazes me how people think they can run a business without customer service. Without customer service you will not have a successful business, and with Yelp customers can really state how they feel about a business which can inform other consumers.
