TLDR: Pete is a fantastic barber and if you've been striking out in West Chester looking for the best barber then you should go see him. Experience: It took me less than 2 minutes to book an appointment online via their website and they had several spots available after 6PM which was very helpful. Pete has tremendous attention to detail and he's extremely experienced with clippers, fading, etc. He nailed the style that I was looking for. Pete takes his craft seriously and delivers with a very easy-going demeanor. Between Pete being great, the fast turn around, and the whole thing only costing $25 + tip, The Refinery secured my business for life. I'll also add that the location itself is nice and located across the street from the courthouse parking garage which is super convenient for people who want to park in town for free.

The shampooers are always leaving you soaking wet. Ever since Ricardo left, they've been hard pressed to find a good shampoo person. The parking lot is tiny and an accident waiting to happen. Once my eyebrow waxer left (a long time ago), I decided to just stop getting waxed because the new girl did an awful job and I never bothered trying anyone else. Again, if it wasn't for my actual hairdresser, this place wouldn't have anything going for it.
