Find another company there are many out there! May 2022 I signed an agreement with Griffin Roe the owners son of Code Red to replace our Roof. He knows my address and phone number all info is on the agreement. Their response to this review must be a bot response. "We take feedback like yours very seriously, as our goal is to always provide exceptional service to our customers." Nice words Almost 2 years later.... Code Red began work in July 2022 removing the existing metal roof and applying underlayment. The roof stayed in this condition until October. They started applying panels after the metal sat in my driveway for almost 2 months, uncovered, and open to the elements. Metal panel suppliers recommend the panels be applied to roof within one to two days max once delivered to the property. I was told tarps would be laid out along the edge of the home while metal pieces, Screws and trash would not be left in the yard. That was a disaster with no protection. As work was coming to a close Code Red was asked to correct dented, smudged, rusty, and incorrectly cut panels, and incomplete work before final payment. What they do is require final payment immediately upon inspection from the county so they don't have to complete the roof properly. Luckily, I held back the last payment. The owner, Doug Roe, Contractor and owner of Code Red came to my house July 2023 a year after the start of the work. Doug assured me he would have a crew come back and correct all the defects. He told me he would give me a discount and I told him I did not want a discount. I just want my roof done correctly. "I signed an agreement with you. I'll hold up my end and you hold up yours." I never saw him again. Code Red was served a summons to respond to a court hearing. Code Red never responded resulting in a default, admitting guilt. My advice to those who took the time to read this review is ... Do your homework, or pay twice. read more

We had Code Red Roofers install a new roof in 2020. In our subdivision owners have had new roofs installed by various roofing companies. The employees from Code Red were very friendly and professional and we were extremely satisfied with the final result. Another company did some unrelated work on our roof that resulted in a leak when it rained hard. Code Red assessed the situation and drew up a plan to not just replace the leaking tile but also the wood that might have been damaged by the water leak. Once we had reviewed their plan and approved it Brian Veaudry scheduled their staff to come out in a timely manner. Again their staff were friendly and professional and completed the work in the time they had promised. Last weekend was the first significant rainstorm since the repairs were completed. The storm was quite intense and lasted more than 12 hours. I checked the area a few times during the rainstorm and it remained completely dry. My wife and I are very satisfied both with the initial roof that Code Red Roofers installed as well as the repairs that they just completed. We experienced a fairly serious roof leak which was damaging the garage ceiling and connected structure. Code Red came out immediately to estimate a repair, and since the roof is now 20 yrs old, the Code Red Inspector looked over the entire roof for indications of other issues. We are glad that he did, as he showed us two other areas where the same type of evidence of roof failure was occurring, enabling a repairs there, BEFORE the damage proceeded to the water leak/resulting damage phase.Preventive maintenance is always cheaper. Additionally, there were five tiles that were cracked and needed repair. 10 days later the repair team showed up on schedule and effected the repair, being sure to show us the damaged underlayment that they had to replace in each area. The team worked efficiently, worked well together, obviously knew what they were doing, and had brought all the tools and materials with them. The job entailed main metal roof with a large porch flat roof which had been in disrepair for some time. I was a little nervous going into this project. Dylan our sales rep did an excellent job calming my nerves and laying out precisely how the job would go and made himself available anytime I had additional questions. I was very pleased with the price that they offered as well, I was concerned about cost overrun due to hidden damage. From there I was assigned a project manager Justin. Awesome guy who knew his business. From the start of the project he communicated throughly on ever step of the process. Project took a week once started only because we had to wait on the metal to show up. All said and done the house looks great and no more leaks on the back porch. Oh and the cost overun was $200 only because I had different wood for the porch. I won't use any other roofing contractor ever, they are honest and do excellent work. read more

I have had damage since Hurricane Michael. I had contacted numerous companies and many would not return calls or never returned an estimate or quote. Vernon came out the scheduled day and did a complete walk around, followed up promptly with a professional quote. He answered all my questions at the time and concerns was discussed on how it would be accomplished. My project manager was Ronnie, He was very courteous, professional and prompt with his communication. The timeline was given to me and they were able to start within it. The completion was delayed slightly due to the various and continuous storms we had going on through the time. There was one issue that I brought to Ronnie's attention at the end of the project and he assured me it would be followed up on. We just had a mental roof installed by Code Red Roofers.I will tell you it was the best decision I could have made. Thanks in part because of the Project Mgr.,Brian Veaudry/ Early in the installation we had a leak at the Sky Light area. I called Brian and in 5 min. he was here and inspected the sky light area/ I t was maybe 10 min. later that he had one of there workers at my home and on the roof.. In short order they had the leak found and fixed. Needless to say I was one happy camper. The roof is now completed. I could not be more pleased, Brian was always available and was very responsive. Their commercial states they show up when they say they will. Well, don't believe it. I waited 2 weeks for them to show up after we scheduled a time to meet. I finally called their office and they set up another meeting. They showed up this time, but were late. Young kid showed up with an estimate already prepared. So I wonder why it was required to meet him in the first place. I had another house that needed roofing. Just for the heck of it I gave him the address and was told he would get there the next day and email me the second estimate. You guessed it, they never showed up and I never got an estimate. Do yourself a favor and find another roofing company. Code Red Roofing sucks. I can't see them staying in business the way they operate. read more

Paid these jerk offs $19000 for a new metal roof, and, as result of their failure to tie down the flashes, and their two month delay in removing the old roof and instaling the new one (leaving the metal roof materials unsecured on my front lawn for two months), caused me major water damages, which Code Red refuses to fix They also failed to get the necessary four inspections required bt the CIty of Stuart The illietrate owner, Doug, falsely promosed my damages would be repaired, but, true to Code Red, he was full of shit and my damages were never fixed, nor were the required inspections completed AVOID CODE RED AT ALL COSTS, YOU ARE LITERALLY BETTER OFF WITH A BLUE TARP.....CODE RED ROOFERS SUCKS read more

Code Red Roofers replaced the roof on my Dad's home. They showed up on time! They tore-off the old roof and were able to waterproof the house, all in the same day! Sean McKenna stepped up to the plate and took over. Roof fixed right away and owned up to the fact that an unseen spot was missed.
