They had a metal roof installed by St. Lucie Roofing in 2023. Leaks occurred during installation…read morebecause they left the blue waterproofing paper peeled back in the crickets. After the install, we had leaks going into my son's room. They said it was due to clogged drains and recommended a costly repair. They refused to keep looking for the cause of the leaks because they were sure I needed to install new drains. I had to hire a leak detection be done and found the fascia board jutting into my bathroom wall pass the stud. I went with this company because Jeffrey said if anything goes wrong, he would make it right. That was not the case. I am now asking for his liability insurance to cover the damages they have refused to pay.
