The summer following Kindergarten, she was diagnosed with ADHD and dyslexia. On the recommendation from a coworker, we toured the Merryhill school. From the outset, we were impressed. The curriculum was on par with the other school, and the diversity of the experience was clearly wide ranging. Once the school year started it became even more clear that the principal was highly engaged with all the students, and that between her and the teachers, they would bend over backwards to assure that the accommodations necessary for my daughter were in place. Unlike my daughter's former school, we were able to work with her teachers to assure that through her school work and tests, she could demonstrate what she had learned, instead of putting her into a cookie-cutter educational system that tests in only one way and does not accommodate for her needs. As she has entered the third grade, we could not be more thrilled with the Merryhill experience and the staff at the school. My daughter has gone from hating school to not being able to get enough. Her grades continue to maintain at the highest level and she scored above her grade level in standardized testing. Her confidence in both her academics and her social interactions continues to grow. I sincerely believe this is in big part due to the efforts of the Merryhill staff. While every school and every environment is not for every student, parents should be doing their due diligence in assessing the most appropriate direction for their child. We are incredibly fortunate to have found Merryhill at a time during which we had numerous questions. A great big thank you to Merryhill Elementary School.

The administration at this school is fully aware of how poorly they've treated their staff. Instead of addressing the issues, they seem more focused on hiding the truth. For this matter my daughter will not enroll in this school. The front staff are so rude! They need to be trained on proper customer service. And the principal is rude as well. They all need better training! But what's done in the dark always finds its way to the light. To any parents considering this school please think twice. For the sake of your children and the educators who deserve better.

The learning pods concept was new to our family but the staff did an excellent job caring for our child. I really appreciated that the staff took time to get to know my child, which was importatnt to me. The teachers were able to encourage my child to learn by incorporating games/playing in the learning process. The facility has great learning materials to help my child learn and stay engaged, i.e. sight words, math, reading books, etc. Lastly, being a new mom to a child who just entered grade school, Ms. Swati was very supportive and engaging on my journey. I'd recommend their service! We're looking forward to enrolling our child to their afternoon school program in the Fall.

I also had the opportunity to talk to coach Jason on drop off / pick up time and can see that he is very passionate and knowledgable about chess and was able to answer all my chess questions and even give me a run down and how to take advantage from ChessKid beyond the chess camp sessions that I signed up for. Exactly just what I need for my kids, someone who is passionate about chess and care about their learning journey process along the way. 10/10

What really stood out about XART is the teaching style.Unlike other places where the teacher draws a line and the kids just copy it,here the teacher explains first and then lets the children create on their own. This gives them so much more room to be creative. After just one trial class, we decided to enroll. A parent or guardian assists their little gymnast while the instructor guides class activities." The advertisement isn't quite up to par. The instructor does not actually guide each activity. The instructor gives an overall list of many activities and expects the parent to remember all of them and then guide their child individually through the tasks. It doesn't work well at all. You really feel like you're on your own with a whole floor of equipment in front of you that you don't know what to do with. I wouldn't call that guidance from an instructor. This pertains to the five and under. I don't know what it's like for older children. This occurred at race Street. I don't know the name of the instructor. I would assume all instructors are functioning within what they're taught to teach the children. I would assume that the instructors are all uniform in there way of teaching classes. If this is not the case then maybe it should be. I think that this gymnasium can do a lot better. When I took my children there 25 years ago it was a lot better The coaches actually gave guidance to the parents step by step along the way so that it worked well.

Weird rule for a place that caters to kids, including younger ones in that in between stage. Even cmy 4 year old gets tired more than average. And sure, my youngest can technically walk but he can't last the whole time walking. Anyway, we had fun but I felt like I couldn't fully relax.

From the moment we walked in, it was clear how supportive, organized, and professional the staff and instructors are. The instructors do an incredible job of balancing discipline with encouragement, helping the kids build confidence while genuinely enjoying what they're doing. Watching my daughter perform, I could clearly see how much growth she's had--not just in technique, but in confidence and stage presence--and that credit absolutely goes to the training and care she receives here. The recital itself was well run, thoughtfully choreographed, and showcased each dancer in a way that made them feel proud of their hard work. As a parent, it means a lot to see a studio that truly invests in its students.
