I came in without a mask to pick-up my glasses and Lynn said, " you need to wear a mask here". I refused because I knew the mask mandate had been removed, and proven not to protect against Covid, and also had been struck down in court as being unconstitutional and illegal. Lynn then stated that " we care about ALL of our customers here". obviously not, because I wasn't included in that statement, I thought I was also a customer. I Guess not because Lynn was very insulting, arrogant and narcissistic about the situation, then tried to berate me and blew it way out of proportion. I thought about never returning to the eye clinic, but I liked the rest of the ladies, especially Tiffany and was overall happy with the rest of the staff there. The eye doctor is amazing or the 3 star rating would be 2. I returned for an eye exam on 10/4/23 and didn't let the fact that Lynn gave me many glaring looks bother me too much. After all I'm better than that, but what really almost set me off was the fact that while I was being fitted for a new pair of glasses, Lynn walked behind me and made a hand gesture like Fk you to me. She thought I didn't see her, but they have the mirrors on the fitting desks and all over the walls. I really wanted to confront her about it, but just let it slide. Quite frankly, "she's not worth it" I said to myself. I even asked the lady at the desk "who owns this business"? Anyway, Lynn shouldn't be working at this place and I won't return with such a childish fool in the position of Practice Administrator. Watch out for this Karen, she's nasty.
