There is an interesting variety of records here, both new and used, all well-categorized by genre. I know that can be helpful for some but with his wide-ranging tastes, I ended up in almost all of the sections, and separating country into multiple sub-genres was an exercise in frustration as I am not familiar with the differences! I spent at least 25 minutes in the store trying to find something from his Amazon Wish List, but I utterly and completely struck out on my visit here. Even more disappointing was that despite the length of time I was there, the woman at the front paid me no mind from the beginning of my visit until the end.

Tons of parking options. The book selection is diverse- from old copies to new releases and all in between. It's often they do not have something so I like to go in with an open mind. The staff is also always willing to search for ya too. The prices of many books is extremely competitive and they typically have discount racks outside too. I really love their interactive section- they have journals, board games and cute things like workbooks.

Tons of cult, classic, and art house films to browse from. And they had some really decent deals in store as well. Everything was very well organized and easy to find. I found a few things that I hadn't known were released as well as a few blind buys. They had a scratch and dent section with really great prices (and the boxes weren't really in that bad of shape). The staff were not that friendly, just okay. If I lived in the area I would definitely continue to support Orbit because physical media should always be available to people who want it. I will probably continue to purchase from them online - they run sales quite frequently which is nice - and I have heard that they pack their orders very securely to avoid damage during shipment.

I finally got that refund credited on Feb 6th; that's the only reason I'm updating this to 2 stars instead of 1.

I told the man with glasses and also bald that it's s not okay to sell this. He immediately said "Why" And proceeded to tell me how they're also thinking about having Hitler's Mein Kampf in their shop. He basically forced me into a "intellectual" convo about the power of disturbance. Little does he know I actually confront nazis online everyday. I also know that the only person buying a Confederate cook book is a racist white person. You also made it very affordable for them. It was enclosed in plastic, so it could've had very violent content in it that the shop was protecting for the "right" customer. I then proceeded to tell him he had this cookbook out with no context and who is he selling this to? He listened and said thank you for the feedback. I then said you're a white man who doesn't get to have opinions about it. Dear Man, You forced me to confront your racism and affinity for kkk literature. Then proceeded to try to find a debate in it. You're not at the level of deep thought you need to be.
