It's part record store, part beer bar, and part performance studio where you can see live bands, fun DJ nights, and more. My friends and I were staying for the weekend right down the street, and we came here every day for a craft beer and some record shopping. We also stopped in one night for a goth DJ party that we were seriously underdressed for (Hawaiian shirts don't really vibe with a goth theme), but it was fun nonetheless.

Came to Hot Springs at the end of May 2025 and was very happy to find this gem open!…read more Parking is located on the end of the block or on the main road and easy to find. It is a small space with only a few tables and a small bar with windows facing the street/sidewalk. There is also a small register and window to the outside that you can walk up and order to-go. I walked in and ordered a small pizza salad with chicken added to the Caesar. The two came out in separate containers and when I got to my Airbnb I put the salad on top of the pizza slices and ate some side by side. The pizza was thin and flavorful with the pesto and mozzarella. The Caesar had fresh lettuce, but the chicken wasn't my favorite. I played it safe this visit with my order, but will definitely be back and maybe pick a local favorite!

Especially when it comes to metal and prog, but I've also bought plenty of jazz and hip hop from here. Date of visit: September 18, 2024…read more This record store was just down the block from my hotel and I thought it would be a great place to snag something for my husband as a "souvenir" of Asheville. There is an interesting variety of records here, both new and used, all well-categorized by genre. I know that can be helpful for some but with his wide-ranging tastes, I ended up in almost all of the sections, and separating country into multiple sub-genres was an exercise in frustration as I am not familiar with the differences! I spent at least 25 minutes in the store trying to find something from his Amazon Wish List, but I utterly and completely struck out on my visit here. Even more disappointing was that despite the length of time I was there, the woman at the front paid me no mind from the beginning of my visit until the end.

Ok first pros: Really easy parking, very cheap pricing (per…read morepound) clothes were like 1.67 a lb and books for .87 cents maybe a lb and electronics even cheaper You can find gems if you have the time and dedication to picking through all the stuff- I legitimately didn't realize a pair of pants I had were an expensive brand until I got home so you can find good quality there and cool older books too which was fun. Cons: you are digging though everything which takes time but also you are digging through everything including (for some reason) underwear including used ones which I don't understand why they even keep those in there as well as things that are obviously damaged or needing repair. So maybe bring gloves if you are grossed out by that. Also I'm not handy so damaged material and clothes are useless to me. Great for fabrics though. Other con it's mostly clothes, some blankets, some books, and a lot of damaged older electronics Personally I'd only come here if I was looking for clothing because that's a majority of what it was BUT got a great deal on all I got and left only spending about $12 My sister had about 13lbs of books and clothes and spent around $23
