I'm usually disappointed with how restaurants cook scrambled eggs with cheese, but the chef at Neighborhood Cafe knows how to do it right. The eggs are never overcooked, and the cheese is always melted throughout. He sets the standard for how scrambled eggs should be made! I'll often rotate sides, but lately I've been having a half avocado with the eggs. The avocado is ALWAYS fresh and never brown. Other times, I'll get a salad or fruit. I appreciate that they have so many side options. If they have a quiche that I like (no asiago or goat cheese for me), I'll have the quiche entree.
