Chicken wrap

The vibes and music are great plus the added bonus of being directly on the beach. The drinks were also delicious and the staff was super fun and engaging. I tried the chicken wrap but was underwhelmed by the flavor. I would try something else next time. Overall not a bad stop for lunch and drinks. I also liked the patio is very large and can accommodate large parties.

You really can't beat the location, and the view from the patio adds to the quintessential Cocoa Beach vibe. The food is 3 star, but this is a place you come to for the experience and ambiance. You'll bring out of town guests here, and you'll impress them. During this latest visit, our waitress was ripped, and she was cracking us up.

Family friendly at least on the inside. Has a Miami Vice vibe. Our waiter was attentive and always appeared when we were looking for him. Food is good. I didn't try the fries however they looked great. Chips and salsa kind of bland but flavorful. I like spice!

Such a great spot. The location is amazing and the food is excellent. Add in a strong lineup of libations, and it's easy to see why this place is always packed. This was my first visit, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. They don't take reservations, so we arrived soon after opening and had no problem getting a great table. By the time we left, there was a long wait... so come early. Our server, Brooke B., was terrific... excellent service and very easygoing. Rum Drinks and Margaritas were the order of the day, and the cocktails were really well made. The Corn and Crawfish Chowder is rich and hearty but fantastic. Highly recommend the Coconut Shrimp. The Poke Nachos were very good, and the Turkey Avocado Wrap was another, more simple, winner, paired with excellent Fries. For dessert, I liked the Key Lime Pie more than the Pineapple Crème Brûlée, though both were solid. Parking tip: use the public pay lot a few blocks away... about a three-minute walk. VERY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

My son and I were in the area for spring break and stopped in for lunch. There was a line before opening so I took that as a good sign. With outdoor seating with a view of the ocean, the yummy food was just an added bonus. Best coconut shrimp I've ever had. Our server was attentive and sweet. I would absolutely recommend this spot for a meal with a view.

First, let me say it can get crowded where there is a long wait and they do not accept reservations. That said, get there early for dinner like around five-ish. Since we got there around seven, we had to wait around an hour for a table. The entrées are great. My mahi sandwich was tasty. Malarie took good care of us and checked in frequently to see how we were doing and if we wanted anything else. The Restaurant Ford's a nice view of the ocean.

I met up with my extended family here, so we were a group of 6. We had no problem finding a table for 6 inside (there was live music outside) and everyone found something on the menu that they liked. I loved the poke nachos and the bangin' shrimp appetizer. The drinks were delicious and our server was very patient dealing with our big smart aleck family (I know our jokes aren't as funny as we think they are, but thanks for playing along!)

Okay. I really debated giving this a 1 or 2-star rating. But deep down inside I didn't want to let two low lights damage the reputation of this solid restaurant. But the end of my experience was less than stellar. Let's start things off with the positives. My server, the dude from Vegas was legit. He made great recommendations and his server was awesome. He went above and beyond. The food was really good too. The tuna was great and the mahi mahi was spectacular. Now the negative experience that really were annoying.... We had just paid our bill and I was packing up all of my daughters things in her bag while she stood next to me. As I'm packing, and clearly doing a ton on daddy duty, another server comes up to me and lets me know my daughter can't be in the walkway. Well, no duh.. can't you see my hands are full. How about next time you say something like, "sir do you need any help" Then as I was leaving I asked the bartender for a glass of water. At her convenience. She didn't acknowledge me at all. Just handed me the water without saying everything. Then I was like thanks so much. Didn't even respond. Weird and definitely unpleasant. Two sour grapes didn't spoil the lot. So still 4 stars from me.

Smoked Fish Dip

Had a great dinner here! Lovely ambiance on the beach. We got the fish dip for an appetizer and it's not what I was expecting, more of a charcuterie vibe but still very good! For my entree I got the lemon caper salmon and it was delish and the fries so good too! Service was decent, our waitress was just having an off day I think and spilled my water on our table, brought me regular fries instead of sweet potato fries, and forgot to bring me another water after she spilled the first. She was very apologetic about everything and I really wasn't bothered by it I was just happy to be eating on the beach.

Touristy restaurant right on the beach with both indoor and outdoor seating. Loud. Standard pub fare - burgers, sandwiches. They do have some nice fish offerings. Good vibe if you are into a raucous environment with beachside seating!

Mahi Rueben with mango pineapple slaw.

I want to start by explaining that I am not someone who often enjoys seafood. In my over 30 years on this earth I can count on one hand the number of times I have willingly ordered seafood. Now for my review, the beach front deck dining is gorgeous. The mural all over the building is well done and makes for a lovely view no matter what direction you end up facing. The waitstaff was excellent and honest. They were on their game and worked hard for their tips. The food though, oh my god the food. We had the Grouper sandwich which had a massive piece of perfectly fried grouper on a toasted roll topped with gorgeous pickles and we had the Blackened Mahi Reuben with a side of the mango pineapple slaw. The food was so phenomenal I may actually say that the Reuben was one of my top ten savory bites I have ever had. Don't skip out on the thick, crispy, seasoned fries either. They are amazing with or without added ketchup. I highly recommend!

We came here to eat before the shark dropped for new years. The wait was over 30 minutes which wasn't too bad for new years eve. We were sat outside unfortunately with only one heater working and it was in the 40's that night. We were freezing our butts off badly and we had kids with us too and didn't realize we would be stuck outside. That was the worst part of the night. The food and service was good though. Our food didn't take too long to get which was awesome. The bang shrimp was so delicious. Our waitress was awesome and so attentive. If it wasn't for the whole time freezing part it would've been a perfect experience. They need to fix the broken heater if they are going to sit people outside.

Coconuts Salmon Salad*

Arrived around 2pm on a Monday and was warmly greeted and seated on the deck overlooking the beach. I definitely enjoyed the views of the beach and the sounds of the ocean. I ordered the Salmon salad, requested the salmon cooked rare. The restaurant has a great vibe, everyone is very friendly. My salad arrived after a short time. A wonderful bed of greens, pecans, mandarins, Gorgonzola cheese crumbs, red onion and a vibrant flavored vinaigrette. Most importantly the salmon was cooked per my request of rare. Delicious! Service was good. I was hoping to catch the Space X launch at Coconuts, although it kept getting delayed several times throughout the day, so I did get to see it at a different location later in the day. If you're in the area, give Coconuts on The Beach a try! Highly recommended!

Is there a happy hour? If so, what hours?

When I went it was in the early afternoon and they didn't have one, I also looked at their menu online and I didn't see one posted either. I think if they do they only advertise in restaurant but you could always call and ask 321-784-1422.

Reservations accepted? Coming to the area from out of town.

No. 1st come, 1st served. Always crowded and fun. Outdoor bar/restaurant scene is always good. Put your name on the list, then grab a drink and hangout until they call you.

Does anybody know if there are public bathrooms near the beach access by coconuts on the beach? I believe there is a public parking across the street, but didn't know about showers and/or bathrooms for after the beach. Thank you in advance

There are bathrooms at coconuts on the beach but no showers. There used to be a foot wash behind the building but it's gone now

Marker 24 is in a residential area and accessible by land, as this restaurant is on a waterfront, and most diners pull up in the little boats. There is indoor and outdoor dining; we saw a few people outdoors but it was chilly when we were there, so we opted for indoor seating. A few stalls for parking across the street, parking stalls divided by little fish painted on the ground, which was a cute touch. Happy hour was spectacular, with buy-one-get-one-free drinks and the food prices were super reasonable to us (coming from Hawaii, where everything is super expensive). My husband ordered a Spicy Mahi Sandwich with Potato Chips (instead of fries, that's how it came) for $20 and I got a roasted mushroom flat-bread pizza for $15.00 and our appetizer was the smoked fish dip for $15.00 which came highly recommended, and we did love it, but when we saw the crackers, we were laughing. We were expecting bread or flatbread, but that's just fine, being a waterfront casual restaurant. Total bill = $70.62 without tip. Everything was delicious, no complaints. Service was attentive and friendly. After dinner we took a stroll out to the back of the restaurant onto the pier and watched the sun go down. If we lived in the area, we would visit frequently!

I don't understand why the hostess stand is all the way in the back, and our seating was in the first part of the restaurant. (The hostess even said she didn't understand why it's like that!) The breeze made it chilly. Most of my party of 6 was cold. I actually went back to my car to get a sweater! The food was pricey. I got the special. The food was good, but not exceptional. The waitress asked if we wanted dessert. I asked the waitress for some hot coffee, and she said they don't have any coffee. I asked about some hot tea...anything hot. The waitress said they don't have anything hot to drink because it's a restaurant with a dock and the temperature is usually hot. I couldn't wait to leave to go somewhere I could get something hot to drink to warm up before my drive home. I may go back for a lunch on a hot summer day when I have time to make the 30-minute drive.

The ambiance is that of every other bar, which in itself isn't bad but it is when you don't do anything to really stand out. I ordered the southern burger and their special of deviled eggs. The deviled eggs were really good but only 6 half eggs was $12. Way overpriced in my opinion. The burger looked really good but for $22 for the burger and the fries, it better be top notch. Burger came out over done, with the entire bottom bun completely soaked in juice. It basically fell apart by the end of the meal. I will say the fries were really good but for $45 with a tip FOR ONE PERSON this place is way over priced for what you get. I also thought my service was just okay as well.
