Found this shuttle as I was trying to get a taxi from Port Canaveral to Orlando airport. Two people cost $60, which seemed to be the going rate. Our luggage went in the trailer attached to the back. The driver was smooth and knew where he was going. He asked before we got in the van which airline we were flying and brought everyone to their respective terminals. Worth it. Easy. This is hard to ascertain. They ran about an hour behind schedule for pick up at airport and pick up at Port Canaveral. We got stories from the drivers that there was traffic (which there always is! and should have been allowed for!). We got stories that there weren't enough driver's, they wouldn't let them into the port, incorrect flight number (FALSE!) etc etc and so forth. Each time we called the company they said someone was on their way but they were not able to get to the dispatchers, so how do they KNOW someone is on the way. We waited with several elderly/handicap people-no chairs to sit down on at the Port! THEY SQUEEZED 11 people in one van no matter what the size of the people nor how much luggage they were carrying. Alot of us in both trips had to hold suitcases on our laps. IRA was one of the drivers and he was amazing in that an expensive cane with a seat was left in the van when dropped of at Airport. He took it to UPS for me and sent it back to me with me sending the money to him personally. THIS WAS AMAZING! I didn't notice I didn't have it and he didn't notice it was still in the van as we were the last to leave the van. This company had a reasonable rate, so if comfort of any sort is not important to you, this shared ride is exactly what it claims. Several stops before heading to destination is their way. I have not used any kind of service like this due to the distance between Port Canaveral and Orlando Airport, so I can't compare but we will go with a different company next time. This is the worst shuttle service I have ever used. Booked through park and ride. Stayed at Days Inn Coach Beach. Going to Port Canaveral. When we were to be picked up they did not have enough room for the passengers and had to make people wait for a second bus. Luckily I made the first bus and did not have to wait. Coming back today we waited Over an hour for a shuttle back. The office kept telling the host at the terminal that the shuttle was on the way. So if you are doing a park and cruise make sure you know who the shuttle service is and don't use this company. read more

The worst. Paid for van shuttle back to MCO. Started waiting at 830. Finally shoved into a van with too many people, which just took us to another place where we all unloaded and waited for a bus. Finally got on bus, pulled out, only to circle around and go back for more "suckers." Finally arrived at airport at 1130, a three hour process. The guy tried to say we were being "upgraded to a bus." We booked two trips with Cocoa Beach Shuttle: one from Orlando Airport to our hotel, and one from the cruise terminal back to the airport. Our group included 10 people--4 adults, 3 children, and 2 elderly passengers. Both trips were marked by delays, lack of communication, and poor customer care. Trip 1: Airport to Hotel (7 passengers) Our first scheduled pickup at the airport was over 2 hours late. We repeatedly called, and each time we were told the driver was "on the way"--yet no one showed. As a result, 7 of us missed time with extended family who had driven two+ hours to see us. Cocoa Beach Shuttle never offered an apology or clear explanation. Trip 2: Cruise Terminal to Airport (10 passengers) Our second ride, originally scheduled for 9:15 AM, didn't arrive until past noon. We were forced to wait outside the cruise terminal for over 2 hours in high heat with children and elderly passengers. Again, calls to the company only yielded "they're en route" responses. Meanwhile, other shuttle services like Cocoa Beach Express were running like clockwork, coming through every 10-15 minutes. We saw only 3-4 Cocoa Beach shuttles in three hours, raising serious concerns about overbooking or a lack of fleet or personnel capacity. When I asked why they don't notify passengers of delays or add a warning during booking about possible long waits, I received no answer. Just silence. Customer Service: Dismissive and Unprofessional At one point during a call, I overheard the dispatcher say "It's Kay again" in an annoyed tone, before even speaking to me--extremely unprofessional and dismissive, especially considering the circumstances. I asked about a discount, and they offered only 15% off, which felt insufficient given we were forced to wait over 4 hours across both trips, missed family plans, and endured significant discomfort (hot sun, no benches to sit on a pickup point, etc). When I asked if they could do better, the representative snidely remarked that I could cancel the ride for a full refund--knowing full well that at that point we were stranded. Gratuity? Mandatory--Even for Poor Service Adding insult to injury, 20% gratuity must be prepaid at the time of booking. So, regardless of your experience, you're locked into tipping. That said, we still tipped the driver--he was kind and clearly had no control over dispatch or scheduling. No Reviews on Website = No Transparency Perhaps most telling: Cocoa Beach Shuttle does not allow reviews on their website. That lack of transparency seems intentional and strongly suggests these kinds of issues are not isolated incidents--just carefully hidden. Bottom Line: Cocoa Beach Shuttle is unreliable, disorganized, and indifferent to the customer experience. Their communication is poor, their professionalism is lacking, and they made no real effort to make things right. Flight arrived slightly early (5:20 instead of 5:30) and had our bags by 5:45 Called assigned number/driver only to be passed off to 2 other drivers and told that our pickup was scheduled for 6pm Third driver picked up at 6:47 and made it as far as next terminal for another pickup. That pickup was delayed due to weather. We waited outside the terminal. We were stuck in the van. We gave up and did not use the shuttle. Would give zero stars if possible. Drove around for nearly 2 hours with the driver clueless on where to pick up in a shared shuttle. We were never told about the option for a private shuttle when booking. Arrives late to airport with one hour to get through TSA. Called to speak to supervisor and was told they don't come in and aren't available until Fridays after calling on a Sunday. It took almost 3 hours to be picked up from the port and taken to the airport. When we got picked up from port the driver told us we could be driven directly to the airport which was a lie. He dropped us off and others at another port was we waited there just hour and hour and was told we had to take a different bus to get to the airport. Horrible experience. Do not use. Waited 70 minutes for a pickup from MCO to Port Canaveral for a cruise on 11/23/25. Called the office 3 times while waiting and we were given lies each time..the driver was on his way, the driver was at a different part of the airport, etc. When the driver finally arrived, we were told we had to go to Disney to pick up another family. Almost 30 mins in the opposite direction of the cruise port. The driver then drove 95mph to get us to the cruise port. Even bragged about that. He promised he would be waiting for us when our cruise returned. Another lie. Waited almost an hour for the pickup on 11/30. I've reached out to the office several times and have yet to get a response. They are BBB accredited as listed on their website. Another lie. Terrible company and management. read more

Terrible. Had to wait close to 2 hours after a redeye. I was never told when I booked that I would need to wait that long. They give you a number to call so they can drive to the pick up point once you have your luggage but nobody picks up until 8am and I was ready at 7:30am which they knew based on my flight details. We stayed at the Days Inn by Wyndham Cocoa Cruise port West At I-95/524 and they contracted with Cocoa Beach Shuttle to take us to the cruise port and pick us up when we returned. It was a horrible experience going to the port. First the driver did not have a step stool thing to make it easier for elderly people to get in the van. I struggled to get in and finally my husband had to shove me up. We were not told this before we got there. The van was in bad shape. We did not think it would make it to the cruise port. It smoked the whole way there and several times sounded like it was going to stall out. The driver kept pushing down on the gas and the smoke got worse. It was hard to breathe. He kept talking about how he was the mechanic and was only driving because they needed extra drivers. I never thought we would make it and it was the longest drive. This driver was Patrick. When we returned from the cruise we were supposed to get picked up by 9:30. We never got out of there until after 11a.m. Nowhere to sit and my legs were in a lot of pain. We checked in before some other people but they took a large party before us. Then they took another one. It was hot and we could not rest anywhere. I will say the driver of the van on the return trip was a lot nicer then the other one and got us back in a safe and efficient manner. His name was Keith. Worst experience we ever had. We had to make multiple runs from hotel to port when I paid for 3 vans that hold 14 people per van with a trailer for a group of 34 folks. What they sent was a 8 passenger and a 10 passenger with NO trailer! After being late, no step stool either for the elderly. choose another reliable company. I could not continue without give a one star, actually I want to give it minus 5 star. I made a reservation in December 2025 for a round trip of 1/4-10/26, but today we were been treated terribly, even got threatened. The manager here at port canaveral cruise port mentioned people waiting in line for a while, but these people only got their tickets today, we did reservation last year, so people didn't plan/ prepare, did a last minute thing have the same rights as us!? That's totally wrong, that's how you want to teach the children? That's not fair & square, so people like us prepared early got punished for doing so, everybody else just get in last minutes, that's why the waiting line is so long, no order and a big mess!! And our reservation is 10 am, the manager said as long as get us on board before 10:20 is fine, then what's the point to make a reservation? He even threatening me without providing the service/letting us get on the bus just because I told the truth! " Little people syndrome " obviously this manager tried to use his power to the maximum, he may know he won't have it soon after a lot complains. Joy provided us with 3 shuttle vans on short notice to transport our daughter's wedding guests from their hotel to the cruise terminal. The drivers arrived on time, even 10 minutes early to give us a little more time to get everyone settled. The vans looked clean and professional. Didn't hesitate to book with them because we had great experiences in the past. However, this trip was slightly different. Booking and paying is easy and great. I received confirmation day ahead but not the driver's name and phone # as I had in the past. When trying to call from a busy airport to let them know we we were ready I kept getting a recording and then the phone would disconnect. Frustrating. On debarkation day we had a late walk off at 9:50 am. At 8:30 Kim with Cocoa Beach Shuttle was calling and leaving messages wanting to know where we were. I called her back she acted like our 10:30 scheduled group shuttle was ready so we came off the ship only to stand in a parking garage for and hour and a half! Not happy about that at all! We booked 1 week in advance to be picked up from Disney cruise terminal and dropped to MCO. It was scheduled for 11am. I called at 1030am to confirm where to go for pick up, and they told me spots 2 or 3. 1130 and they still did not show up. I called for an update and they told me they can't pick me up till 1230 and advised me to cancel for a refund. They shouldve notified us that it was going to be late. I told them I would wait till 1230 but my kids began to get restless waiting so we just canceled and took a Lyft which was alot cheaper than their rates. Will never use them again. read more

I booked a shuttle to get to the airport and was not picked up. I called after 10 minutes to talk to an agent. No one answered. Then 25 minutes after I should have been picked up I was contacted by the shuttle that they had forgotten to pick me up! They didn't offer any solutions, but actually blamed me. The agent blamed me for booking the shuttle to arrive at the airport 2.5 hours before my flight (saying that wasn't enough time). At that point it was a moot point and I was stuck trying to find an alternative way to the airport. WORST customer service of my life. I've been all over the world and never been treated that rudely. I picked this company to pick us up from the hotel to the cruise port prior to reading reviews. I had to call back to ask about booking pick up from the airport, but decided against booking (went with another company) based on the tone of the lady that answered the phone the second time. Day of pick up to cruise port. Yes, they were late arriving, but we did not miss our arrival time, good thing I was thinking ahead and booked a pick up time well before our arrival time to the port. We would have missed our arrival time for sure, so the reviews talking about being late..those are true. I tried calling that morning, but was put on hold and no one came back to the phone. I am big on being on time and communication. It is very busy for transportation services in the area, but I don't think I would use them again just based on the reviews and tone of voice when I called back. There are too many other companies in the area that can be used. Price wise, it was a fair price for 2 ppl, when the driver arrived, he was very nice, we were the last pick up due to our location to the port. read more

RIDE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! The driver was kind and did the best he could. The driver kept saying that he was nervous that he would be pulled over by the police because of the obstructed view. The van was overcrowded. It was illegal to stuff that many people in a vehicle. It was impossible to use a seatbelt, if it was working. Luggage was piled high in the back obstructing the driver's view and putting all of the passengers at risk for injury. The passengers had to keep checking to make sure the luggage in the back was not sliding. Luggage was also stacked between the driver and passenger in the front seat. The front seat passenger had to hold it so that the luggage would not fall on his head. The passenger behind him had to also hold the bag so that it would not fall. It was almost an hour driver of hell. The passengers had to assist the driver by telling him when he could change lanes. I did not take a picture, because I did not have permission to photograph the other passengers. The company is negligent and is not concerned about the safety of the passengers or drivers. Cocoa Beach Shuttle is only concerned about making money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY read more

I wanted to give this a 2 star review, but there is no way I can give anything higher than a 1 star based upon my experience with this shuttle service. At least 1-2 months prior to travelling to Orlando, we reserved a Cocoa Beach shuttle for 7 people to pick us up at our Orlando hotel and drive us to Port Canaveral. The same reservation indicated that we were to be picked up at a pre-determined time and drive us from Port Canaveral to the Orlando airport (MOC) a week later. For our trip to the port, our shuttle picked us up on on time from the hotel, & got us to Port Canaveral in a timely manner for our cruise. However, the return trip from the port to the airport did NOT go as planned. We arrived at the per-determined pickup location at least 15-20 minutes before the shuttle was scheduled to pick us up. While waiting for our shuttle, we noticed a shuttle from the same company stop & pickup a group of people at a different location. Those individuals then filled every seat. This occurred at the exact same time that we were expecting our shuttle to pick us up. That shuttle then proceeded to drove away with a group of people. We then proceeded (with a THREE YEAR OLD) to wait for about 30 minutes, in the meantime I saw probably 3 shuttles from this company drive past the port & never stop to pick us up. After almost 30 minutes, I called the company & was told that a shuttle would be there in the next 15 minutes. Well, another 20 minutes later I had to call back AGAIN. Once again I was told that a shuttle would be there shortly. Finally, on my THIRD CALL they finally told me that a shuttle would be there shortly, which finally occured after waiting a full hour past our pre-determined reservation time & location for a shuttle to take us to the airport. When trying to explain to the company that we had a reservation, they tried to blow it off by saying "it's a shared service", completely ignoring the fact that we had a reservation for 6 adults and 1 toddler booked over a month in advance. The company continually lied to me saying that a shuttle would be there in 10-15 minutes. While talking to the driver that finally arrived, he informed me that he only got the call to pick us up 5 minutes before he arrived. It is very obvious to me that this company needs to learn how to honor a reservation. Waiting an hour past your reservation time to get picked up, while in the meantime watching an untold number of other shuttles from the same company drive past us without stopping is completely unacceptable. I would understand if we were not at the designated pick up location, but we were at that location plenty early. The driver who finally arrived, pulled into the predetermined location and helped up get on our way, albiet a full hour past the predetermined reservation time. I DO NOT recommend ever using this service due to their blatant disregard for honoring reservations and for their continued insistance that a shuttle will be arriving shortly, only to have the shuttle not arrive. You would be better off flagging down a random shuttle than to expect this company to honor their reservations. I highly recommend using a different shuttle service when visiting the Orlando area!!!! read more

I used their service in April 2024. The driver was late 10 min for my airport pick up. However, I was notified ahead of time via , which means a lot because I very skeptical finding them on the internet & paying upfront. Once the driver arrived, he was very friendly and we had great conversation en route to our hotel. There was no other passengers on the shuttle which worked our great for us. The next day pick up from the hotel to the port was super fantastic, we had early boarding and they was early as well. After the cruise we waited another 15 min for pick up from the port to MCO, no complaints. After, reading reviews and using their service, this company is definitely reliable, but needs improvement when dealing with large groups. I will be using them again in March 2024. read more

It was over 2 hours until "our" shuttle arrived, even though 3 had come before then to drop off cruisers or to pick up other people who had RSVPed after us. All 3 refused to take us to airport and were extremely rude. Our actual driver Herman was very kind and respectful. Still, will not use this service again. Needless to say, my mom and I were the last passengers to get on the ship. When we got back from our cruise, I called three times and I was put on hold every single time. On the fourth try, I got ahold of a customer representative and was told to wait to be picked up. When I asked how long do we have to wait, she told me that she did not know. I told her that "I don't know" is not an answer and asked her to find out that what the ETA would be. It was freezing outside and my elderly mom has bad knees and a heart condition. If I could give zero stars, I would. I booked transportation for 11 adults and 4 children ( 1 booster seat) from Sanford to cocoa beach hotel. PREPAID. They emailed a confirmation the day before arrival. Pick up was confirmed for 11am - after several excuses and more than 3 hours, the driver shows up in a 14 passenger van and no booster. The kids couldn't buckle and the youngest had to ride on her moms lap. I was hoping it would go smoother for the trip back. WRONG!!! Received my confirmation email for 9:45am, got off the ship and NO SHUTTLE. Mallory (employee) was trying her best to get us a ride and told me she wouldn't leave us until our ride came. Finally after 45 minutes on the sidewalk at the port, they showed up but still no booster seat. I spent $600.00 and they gave me $88 credit for my trouble.
