I used Happy Hour Shuttle twice during my family vacation to Orlando Florida - one way from the Airport to Cape Canaveral and then again from the Cruise Terminals to our Hotel in Orlando. Both trips were excellent and we had Seth as our driver. Very friendly and helpful. When we first arrived at the Airport, the Security made us exit the wrong area than where we were suppose to be picked up. We got a little lost on how to get to the original pick up location. The good thing was Happy Hour Shuttle gets their drivers to call and text you when they arrive at the pick up location, so we had Seth's number and contacted him. He was very patient and directed us around the airport to an easy to find waiting area and then he drove there to find us. On our second trip, we were coming back from our cruise and unfortunately my phone stopped working and I wasn't able to get any of the messages from Happy Hour Shuttle. However, our cruise let us use their phone at the front desk and I called Mel to let her know we were about to get off the ship. She sent her driver (which happened to be Seth again) to wait around for us at the terminal exit. I told her my cell phone wasn't working anymore and that I couldn't contact Seth to give him updates on when we'd be out. But she said it'll be okay and made sure her driver waited there until we got through Security/Customs. All in all, great professional service, on-time, and very friendly, cost was pretty good (not sure how it compares with other companies though) but according to the taxi-fare estimator website it's slightly cheaper than a taxi plus you get your own private shuttle that will be there when you arrive. Awesome Service!! I was looking for a shuttle from MCO to Cocoa Beach then onto Port Canaveral. Read several bad reviews about other services. My hotel recommended these folks. If you are looking for transportation in/around MCO, Orlando, Cocoa, Melbourne....look NO further!! Ron and Mel are the best. We used them a total of 8 runs. Very prompt in pick up. We asked if we could be taken to a local grocery store to pick up a few items for the cruise, no problem. On the return from the ship, I had something I needed bubble wrapped and asked Ron (our driver extraordinaire) if he knew of a place. Voila! On the way to the hotel there was a packing place and he stopped for me. They have a great variety of vehicles for just a few people up to a 15 passenger 'bus'. They do the normal runs, but also weddings, bar crawls, you name it, they will take you. Mel always answered the phone and was always gracious. Ron can tell you all cool places to go/visit and he even has some deals with local spots, so ask!! Don't risk the other shuttle services out there....just call Happy Hour! Absolutely would use them again next time I am in town. They are growing and getting busy, so they do have other drivers, we were just lucky enough to have Ron each time. Happy Hour Shuttle was fantastic! I wish I could remember our female drivers name, she was a sweetie. We booked happy Hour Shuttle as we were coming to Orlando to take a cruise for our anniversary out of Port Canaveral and we needed transportation from the airport to our hotel and our transportation from the cruise port back to the airport. We received an email confirming our reservation approximately a week before we arrived. Our flight was late arriving in Orlando so we were concerned about our car service however when we called she said not to worry that she had been tracking our flight and that Orlando was having bad weather. Once we claimed our luggage she arrived straight away to pick us up. She drove us straight to our hotel in Cocoa Beach that we were staying at as we arrived the day before our cruise departed. Once we checked into the hotel we realized we had left our jackets and camera (expensive) in the car. We called her and she said not to worry that once she was done with the call she was on she would bring it to the hotel and leave it at the front desk. Which she did. We had a great experience with Happy Hour Shuttle and we would definitely use them the next time we are on Orlando/Cocoa Beach. read more

Family of 6 adults and 3 babies under 3 years old travelled from NY to go on Cruise out of Port Canaveral. These guys were excellent. When i landed in Orlando, there was a text introducing my driver who said he was there and just call him when we get the luggage. He met us at baggage claim and helped with the luggage, he loaded every single piece of luggage, as the 3 men in our group installed the car seats they provided and the 3 women held the 3 babies, he even waited while the 3 yr old said she had to go potty! He was great! $110 to cape canaveral hotel the best deal I could find for 9 people private van. The next morn, they were prompt, even 5 min early, and for 45 ($5 per person) and brought car seats, took us to the pier. Upon return, received texts from driver, they arrived promptly and loaded all luggage, to go back to airport $110. All three drivers were young men, friendly, pointed out sights along the way, opened doors, were prompt and loaded all the luggage. We found this company on a search for shuttles providing service from Orlando airport to Cocoa Beach and also for local travel and transportation from a cruise ship to MCO Orlando. We lost our cell phone at an airport on the way to Orlando so contacted Ron who gave us instruction on how to meet up with his driver without using a cell phone. We appreciated his effort to relieve our stress and find us. Driver was friendly and helped with local information. Their rates were very reasonable. They saved our Vacation. Our 12 passenger rental vehicle from Budget broke down at our hotel in Vero Beach. The hotel recommend Happy Hour. We called them and Josh was very understanding of our situation. Chris rushed down to pick us up, loaded our bags, and got us to the Miami Cruise Terminal just in time for our cruise. Had they not dropped everything, and responded so quick, we would have missed the ship. They where very reasonable and did not take advantage of our situation. Especially being the ride back for them was going to be in rush hour traffic, and 2.5 hours away. Every time we are in Florida we will not hesitate to call if we need transportation. Our Happy Hour Shuttle experience was great! We were going on a cruise. Our driver, Seth, called the morning of departure to advise he was on his way and confirm the pickup location. During the drive from Orlando to Port Canaveral he was friendly and informative pointing out sights and providing info about the area. After the cruise, as instructed we called once we cleared customs and were told a driver would be there within 10 minutes and he was. Seth was our driver for the return trip too and found him to be just as friendly and informative as the original trip! Our Happy Hour Shuttle experience could not have been better! Tiffany was there by baggage claim to greet us with a smiling face. On our drive to our hotel, she informed us of all the best restaurants, bars, and sights in the area. We were very excited to try a few of the places, and she even picked us up the next morning to take us to downtown cocoa, which was a blast! I was extremely pleased with the transportation provided by Happy Hour Shuttle service, when no other transportation services would provide a transfer from Sandford airport to the Disney Cruise ship because of a late arriving flight and they believed that we would not arrive at the port on time. Despite the situation Happy Hour took the job to transfer my family, we arrived with time to spare and our driver was very friendly. Had our whole family of 13 down to Florida for a day at Disney and a five day cruise. They made five runs to the airport to get us there and back home. They also took us altogether to the cruise ship in a van and brought a trailer for our luggage. Always on time and drivers were very friendly and helpfull.
