Three flat-panel TVs with many HD channels. The kitchen had everything you could want, including paper towels and detergent for the washer and dryer. The pool is amazing. The hot tub is great. The movie theatre has movies plus other events such as a magician. There are daily activities for people of ages. There is an on-site restaurant just off the lobby, and several restaurants within walking distance. Another big upside is the Publix grocery store less than 4 blocks away. The is, by far, among the nicest places I've ever stayed in my 60+ years of travel.

They had these air fresheners on the walls pumping out a vanilla smelling scent that was overbearing and made me sick. The room had a chemical type Oder but I bring my own Lysol spray everywhere which took care of that smell. The bar was closed the entire time , not sure why. There were close enough bars surrounding the property. Overall I would stay here again for the value.

The resort itself is extremely family friendly, which we loved having our daughter with us. Everyone we interacted with was so helpful and happy! So many cast members were excited to play with our daughter which we loved! When checking in we received the schedule of events, maps and rental guides as well! The room and amenities were clean and well taken care of. Parking was available but not always close to your room, but also the walks weren't bad as everywhere on property was so pretty! All of the rooms had either a balcony or patio space as well. You have private beach access, the ability to rent a variety of beach items, pool, splash pad, mini golf and more! They had a schedule of activities (similar to what you would get on a cruise ship!) and so much to do to stay busy. Overall the resort was beautiful and we can't wait to come visit again!

(Forgot to look). Convenient restaurant with amazing key lime pie! Only feedback is there was a problem with our third party booking site getting the information to us the check-in, as there is no one there. Easy call to the staff taken care of in less than 5 minutes. Remove dead plants, also, people sailing through don't always follow "no wake" rules!! Only in the day did we experience that and not that often. This is a new favorite thing to do!!! We plan on returning!

Buyer beware! I had a five night stay booked at this property in one of the townhomes. When I…read morearrived, I immediately realized that the home was not as clean as it should have been. The furniture was grossly stained, the bed in the master bedroom was so rickety that even a small amount of pressure caused the whole thing to sway, Lightbulbs were blinking in the master bathroom, and dead bugs were on the floor. I immediately called their guest services number and spoke with a gentleman who was actually quite helpful and compassionate about the situation. I sent them the same photos. I have posted below, and they agreed that the property should not have been in that condition. They offered to show me a Condo which was smaller as an alternative. When we toured it prior to deciding if we would stay or not, we saw the same issues with gross stains on the furniture, and gooey smudges on the wall. We refuse to accept that as an alternative, as it was not at all an improvement. Their final attempt at providing a solution was at a newer property, which was nice in terms of its condition, but it was farther away from where we needed to stay making the drive inconvenient for us. It was also a two bedroom apartment when we had five people and two dogs on our booking. Because I booked through hotels.com, the property refused to work with me directly on the issues and told me it had to go through the booking agent. I requested a refund through hotels.com on Sunday, and it was not until Thursday that the property even bothered to reply and offered a 25% refund for a trip that I never even took. Their customer service agents are like gatekeepers and refused to allow you to speak to upper management. They only divert you back to hotels.com, which I understand from a policy perspective, but from a customer service perspective, it leaves much to be desired. I believe that because they offered me options, none of which were good ones, they believe they did not need to provide me with a refund. Just know that if you choose to book here, that if something goes wrong, you will likely not be compensated. We did not stay a single night and left within hours of checking in. They still believe a refund was not needed. Find anywhere else to stay but here.

In general, they are in a pretty good location with access to the beach via a maintained path from the resort. The motif is island style so pretty neat with tiki torches around the resort. The rooms were pretty good... we were in a two-bedroom. There are some dated furniture and appliances, e.g. dishwasher. However, it is still a comfortable stay. I would recommend not staying in one of the rooms facing the main road. If you are there primarily for the beach, try to stay in the units closes to the beach. They do have a lazy river in the quad, which is pretty cool. I did like the staff. I thought they were pretty friendly. There are a couple of shops and restaurants near them that you can walk to.

The perfect bargain beachfront hotel for extended stay vacation! It mainly features as a…read moretimeshare, so 3 out of 4 buildings are setup with full kitchens, living rooms, furniture in the separate bedrooms, and full closets. 2 buildings C and D are the ocean front with balcony buildings that you'll want to choose if you decide to stay. All rooms in those two buildings have a full kitchen completely set up with cutlery and cookery. Two Full bathrooms and one master bedroom. The couch is a sleeper sofa with a 55 inch TV in front of it. The place is perfect for families because behind the front lobby is the rental shop where you can get beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, flip-flops T-shirts sunscreen, and rental equipment for tennis or racquetball or basketball or volleyball. and sometimes they have mask and snorkels. Don't forget they have two pools one that is behind the gazebo that has the barbecue grills and the extra stove top and oven's, this is because one of the buildings doesn't have a full kitchen it only has a kitchenette. The other pools behind Gregorys and it is considered the more adult pool as the kids typically stay at the other pool where the snack bar has chicken tenders and chips and soda. And even host two restaurants one is a small café called moms and pops, where they serve decent breakfast sandwiches and very good bloody Mary's! The other is a higher end restaurant called Gregory's steakhouse and seafood, I recommend sticking to the steak ;) and during the weekends at Gregorys there is a comedy show on the second floor that hosts a variety of comedians. You can make a reservation ahead of time either over the phone or on the website (Gregorys comedy show), you can eat dinner upstairs before hand and enjoy a dessert wine while the comedians start up. The location is near perfect, within walking distance of the higher and restaurant that is Florida fresh seafood at the Publix plaza. Within bicycling distance of Coconuts and the rest of the Minuteman drag (tiny turtle, a fat donkey, etc). The downsides are, it is an older building so the floors the cabinets and the set up, are dated. There is obvious weather wear on the stairs, on the balconies on the outdoor chairs and the driveway is gravel so you're not walking barefoot anywhere. And more recent times they no longer clean the rooms daily like they used to. Well you can request it, they don't always show up that day.

Roaches, Roaches, Roaches…read more If you like roaches, this is the place for you. If you don't like roaches, avoid this place. I found live cockroaches everywhere -- drawers, closets, bathroom, countertop, and even inside the dishwasher after a full cycle. Roaches were also running between appliances, which is a clear sign of an established infestation. When I reported it to the office, they didn't seem concerned; maybe because it is a daily occurrence. We had a weeklong reservation but left after two days because the conditions were unacceptable. When I reported it, guest services acted like it was normal. I would not stay here again. The place should be demolished.

My wife and I along with our 14 year old son and soon to be 11 year old daughter. We live in Florida but were looking to staycation somewhere different. You can absolutely say that we found that at Las Olas Beach Club in Satellite Beach. Suzanne and Karen were wonderful to us and all of the guests at the property. I was even impressed that they remembered many of the guests names, that always makes you feel special. Lets start the review with the room. You are amazed as soon as you open the door. Every room in Oceanfront and when you open your door the first time and see the amazing view of the ocean through the sliding glass door it is an amazing start. I even shut the door and opened it again to allow my wife to get the same first impression. It is AWESOME. Our room was very spacious. The kids were able to have their own room with 2 twin beds and my wife and I took the master bedroom with a very large king size bed. There was also another smaller living room area with a TV in case we didn't already have enough room. There was also 2 bathrooms. If that wasn't great enough there were also showers in both bathrooms. That is pretty uncommon for places in our area and a huge benefit with 4 of us staying there. There was a large sectional couch and TV in the main living room plus a table to eat at. They also have a FULL kitchen with everything you need as well as a full size refrigerator and a coffee maker. I don't think they left anything out. Now our favorite part....the balcony. The balcony was very large and featured a table with 4 chairs as well as 2 lounge chairs that were very comfortable. I may or may not have taken a few naps out there. We ate outside for nearly every meal. The view was absolutely amazing and that is coming from someone who lives in Florida and sees the beach regularly. A storm came through one night and watching the lightning in the distance over the water was incredible. Even though it was summer time the ocean breeze was so nice that it made it very comfortable outside. Outside of the room, they have a pool and hot tub that were very relaxing. On certain days they feature entertainment as well. We participated in the Karaoke, the kids took part in the Ice Cream Social, my daughter made an amazing wall hanging during the Thursday Crafts by Karen. We paid $15.00 and what she made you would easily buy in the store for over $50.00. Karen was a wonderful instructor. The Karaoke DJ was wonderful too. She even got me to sing a song and I have only sang one time in my life. But hey it was Bon Jovi so it had to be done. They also have a Magic Show with Michael Van Ness. We were not able to make it to his show but have seen him perform before and would highly recommend you take in his show when you stay here. He is very entertaining and talented. If the amazing room, pool, hot tub and activities were not enough...the beach is absolutely amazing. There are far fewer people on this stretch of beach which was very nice. We found nearly 20 pieces of beach glass and tons of shells. My wife and kids were very happy. If you are into finding beach treasures this is a great place to do it. The water was wonderful and they have a nice shower and hose to clear the sand off of your body and feet before you go back to the pool. That was also very nice. If you have a family or a group of friends or are even just looking for a getaway, I can't recommend Las Olas Beach Club anymore. I have never stayed in a larger room and we truly felt at home. The full kitchen and 2 bathrooms were a huge plus. I honestly don't know how they get everyone to leave on Saturday, we wanted to move in permanently. Did I mention the view from the balcony??? Seriously, if you are looking to spend some time in Florida or if you live here and want to get away to relax and unwind, give Suzanne and her team a call, you will be so happy you did.

The level of service is what you would expect with the four seasons brand but this hotel stands above the rest with beauty and things to do. We enjoyed the 5 acre water park every day and loved it. The room was a good size and comfortable if a little on the tired side. Also, after much searching we discovered that our room had no mini bar which was kind of annoying. We weren't able to take advantage of the pool situation because it was unseasonably cold while we were there and even though it's heated, swimming while it was 40 degrees did not seem appealing. We did use the gym facility which was expansive and very well equipped. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Disney but it's not necessarily on par with other Four Seasons Hotels.
