CoCo Nails was a very clean and aesthetically pleasing location. the issue that i had is that when i went to get a mani pedi the guy took me to the chair and didn't turn the water on for the foot bath, didn't use the scrub, didn't cut my cuticles or any of the highlights of getting a pedicure. he went straight to painting my nails. the painting itself was good. after my nails were dry the lady took me to her desk to start painting my nails. she started to paint my nails immediately without using the hot water in the bowl, using a scrub, massage etc. although she did file my nails. once again the painting itself was good and the lady and man who did my nails were very nice it was just missing some key ingredients for making a good experience. i don't think i'll be back. read more

This is the best nail salon I have ever been too, and I have been having my nails done every month for 4 years faithfully. The place is so clean, very friendly staff, Katie was so sweet and very knowledgeable and they give you a massage while your waiting for your nails too be done...I don't know if any other nail place to do this(with out charging you)! So many beautiful colors and designs to choose from. They also include a hand paraffin wax with your nail service(with out charging you extra) BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER HAD MY NAILS DONE...Spa treatment with out the spa price:) read more

I did get a mani and pedi , however it was really rushed and I had an appointment and waited 20 mins with no one telling me anything except to sit on the chair that i was standing near ... no one greeted us at the door and with no explanation why they were late, I had no where to hang while I waited. I've been twice so far and I'll definitely return. They take their time and don't rush. You get a good leg massage with parrafin treatment and hot stone. They even give you a neck massage while you nails are drying. I got a French manicure and he did a flawless job. This is my new go to salon. read more

First time checking out this salon yesterday. Let me tell you, from the moment you walk in, it is so calm and quiet. I purchased the regular pedicure, that came complete with a hot stone massage and got wax on the heels. It was great. They also line the foot tub with plastic to ensure there are no germs from other peoples feet!... they also open a new pack of nail utensils for each customer and use disposable files, buffers and dry skin removers. My pedicure is perfect!... I did get a nail dip manicure. My old dip took forever to come off, I felt bad but they were pleasant about it. I never felt rushed. They did charge me $5 extra because they had to soak me few times which was kind of annoying but it's whatever. My dip manicure looks great. They walk you to the sinks after while you exfoliate your hands and then dip your hands in hot wax. While you're letting your hands dry in the wax, you're getting a little massage. It really was a wonderful and relaxing experience. There were no side conversations going on with the employees, they were really nice trying to make small talk with their customers. This was my first time at CoCo Nails and it won't be my last! Everyone was very friendly and the facility was extremely clean! They use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs and single use nail files and buffers. They have a menu for all the different pedicures offered. Always enjoy my pedicures here. Actually I use to go to aAiden when he was working at his previous salon. At a customer I kept going back to support Aiden but I knew that he was treated poorly by his employer. I was so happy to see that he was able to open his own shop , but also to see many familiar faces that worked at the same nail salon he previously worked at. How wonderful that he rescued them from a boarder line abusive situation. It is lovely to see how his treats his employees with kindness. I always look forward to seeing friendly faces. read more

I have been going to this nail salon for over 4 years. On my last visit I asked about pricing for a toe nail color change - was met with attitude. Immediately (like almost in the same breath) a previous ask about pricing was brought up. In that particular instance - I was NOT told by downgrading from gel to a regular mani that a fee was going to be charged - either on the phone or when I sat down to get my nails done. Gave the extra fee - gave a tip - still get an attitude for something that happened over a month ago. There are no price lists anywhere - anywhere in the salon (other than the pedicure list). I have gotten dip, gel and regular manicures. I asked how long each should last - they said dip - 3 weeks; gel - 2 weeks and regular manicure - 1 week. There have been very few times that any of those suggestions have lasted, but I am tough on my nails so I never went back to have them re-done (my fault). This last time my nails lasted overnight. I am aggravated - I'm thinking I'm a good customer and I get questioned when I ask what the price is - I am paying for a service shouldn't I be able to ask how much it is? I am disappointed - over the years I have brought a lot of business to them (again my fault). read more

Come here every now and then and today was my worst experience. Very unfriendly.... and Scott needs to go ! My nails are so thick and he hurt during the manicure and pedicure. Possibly the most expensive worst horrible pedicure I've ever gotten!!! Went here on a recommendation of a friend and was completely shocked at the quality of the pedicure I received! I called and made an appointment for a pedicure, I got there place was not busy, I got an older woman who was more interested in everything but my pedicure, she kept looking at the front doors every time she heard the door open! As a result I had to go home and cut my own toenails!! Then the charge of $50 for a mans pedicure is completely insane, especially with the quality of the pedicure! Will never b back here again. Overpriced and awful!!! Way too many choices around to waste time and money here !!!! This is the most amazing nail salon I have ever been to. I got an appointment the same day I called and was greeted nicely when I checked in. Oscar was the person who did my nails and he did a great job. The wax dip was lovely, but the massage while my hands were warmed in wax and mitts was sooo wonderful. What a surprise that a regular manicure with all those niceties was only $15.00. I will tell all my friends about this place and it will be my regular 2 week manicure salon. Oh, and it is immaculate!!!! The only reason for four stars is that he didn't do the backside of my nail tips so we will have to see how well it holds up. A gel manicure is a little pricier than I'd typically pay, but WELL worth it! The manicurists are gentle & meticulous. The best part is, they dip your hands in hot wax & give you a back massage! NEVER will I go to this place again. I've had gel polish for 8 years consistently. They've always been stronger once the polish is on and unable to bend. The girl I had used a nail file to take off the remaining polish and instead of a buffer used the nail file for far too long. My nails are so paper thin now. 3 broke within 48 hours and my daughters manicure chipped an hour after leaving. Mind you it took 2 1/2 hours to have a gel manicure and toe polish change.
