My friend and I went on a whim on a weekday afternoon. They were able to book us in and our nails tech, Eva and Ivy, were the best! They were so kind and easy to chat with. I personally stayed quiet with my headphones and they were very accommodating to that as well. Ivy was so amazing at making nail designs and I let her have free reign over the design. I went to the Coco nails by Starbucks. Let's just say I should've listened to the reviews and my coworkers who said I shouldn't have gone there. I had my nails done many times before. And that was by far the worst experience I've ever had. The girl I had was super rude. I didn't even catch her name. She didn't even push my cuticles back or anything, she just started cutting my real nails and started filing etc... I never had my nails grow out this quick, my real nail and the fake nail is separating. I'm so disappointed, this was supposed to be an early birthday gift to myself. But it totally backfired. Now I have to go somewhere else to redo my nails and spend more $ to fix it. They for sure lost me as a reoccurring customer. It really is hit or miss there. I'm so glad we did! We didn't feel rushed and had a very enjoyable time. The techs wore gloves and masks, and even wiped down everything (including chairs) between customers. My mom wanted a French ombré with gel, but the nail tech told my mom she wasn't that comfortable doing that (which we really appreciated her honesty and help) so they improvised and my mom loved what they did! For me I got a basic gel mani and a regular pedi lol. I felt like my techs were very attentive and kind, and it was nice to treat ourselves. I had the worst experience. I usually go inside the mall to get my nails done, but decided to go to their extension near Starbucks. The lady disregarded my acrylic length & color choice. She gave me two diff colors that I didn't ask for. I specifically told her how short I preferred (due to work) and she said no because my design will look weird or not the same. Which didn't make a difference because my design didn't come out the way I wanted. She also got white polish on my solid colored nails. I asked for a pale pink, she brings me a different color saying the color I wanted is out of stock. So she makes a choice of her own. I trusted it was similar to my choice, but it was nowhere near the same color/ shade. Then continues to use TWO DIFFERENT SHADES OF PINK. NOT MY REQUEST. I specifically wanted light, pale pink. My diamonds were half ass done because the glue is smacked on my nail, visible & thick. Which didn't hold anything too because diamonds fell off two days later. I had one design on one finger on each hand, total was $65 plus tax. At that point could I even ask for a refund without looking like the bad guy!? My nails were burning when the acrylic was setting. The lady doing my nails could care less if I was in pain. I told her my nails are burning, she looks at me and continues with my nails. We give Coco Nails in the Mall NO STARS. See pictures below, We asked for a clear bottom to an ombré brown tip and the nail tech insisted that the pink would be better. My sister told her she did not want the pink but the nail tech insisted that it would look clear when it was done. IT WASNT. This absolutely was not what my sister wanted and she was so sad she plays basketball and couldn't wait to get them done once the season finished. She was going to go somewhere else to get them re-did but I read their policy on the wall and it said "if your not happy, we're not happy. someday only, redo or fix." So I took her back inside and asked if they could redo her nails to a simple ombré white tips. She tired to tell me she can do all white and paint a unicorn or design on the tips. I told her no we'd like ombré white tips. And I had too keep insisting on her giving us what we want and paid $60.00 for. I watched this rude women literally cut and pop the nails off my sister nails and she's lucky she didn't break any of her real nails or else I would have snapped. Then she was so rough and rushing that she did worst then a half ass job. I literally had to lecture this woman telling her that she's rude and that because she rushed the quality of her work was poor and that my little sister works hard for her money and doesn't deserve to be treated this way or have this poor of service when we're giving her the opportunity to redeem her work. Literally when she redid it the nails were shaped very poorly and her middle finger nail was completely crooked. I was not going to let her fix this mistake or even touch my sisters hand again, she had to give us all of our money back. Will never go here again. read more

This used to be a great establishment but unless you're going directly to coco for your nails, I do not recommend anymore. I go here all the time. Recently, I booked a pedicure with a friend. When we get there, they start to do his toe nails while I wait 20 minutes later for the other lady to come start doing mine. Wasn't much of an issue, but then after my half ass "deluxe" massage, a different lady comes over to put the acrylic gel on my chipped toe nail. She asked me if I liked the square shape of the acrylic gel nail she did. When I asked for a more natural shape, she was extremely rude and told me I should've said something when she first started. Later on, I look closer at my toe and she didn't even fix the chipped part, just covered the part of my nail that was already there. I let her know I wanted to fix the chipped part and she smacks her lips, and tells me again, next time tell her before she starts. Keep in mind this is not the original lady I had doing my toes prior to them switching, who I told exactly what I wanted. The color she painted on my toes was absolutely horrible on its own. When I brought this up, she said she'd fix it later. It was as if my four year old niece did them. Only different is I'm paying over $60 for it. Every time I go the ladies here seem in such a rush. I just got home from having a full set done and the girl doing me literally answers a facetime from her kids in the middle of doing my nails and asking when she'll be done. She tells them she's already done and she'll be home soon meanwhile she isnt even done with half of the first coat of nail polish. It was obviously rushed and my two thumbs were done HORRIBLY. I sucked it up and tipped her but was way too upset to leave with wonky nails. Another girl "fixed" it in around 10 mins but didnt seem too thrilled to be doing it. I settled for her just shaving some of the acyrlic off so it didnt seem as bulky. The skin around my nails also feels sensitive now, from me requesting she clean some of the acyrlic that got on my SKIN. Its too bad theyre one of the few nail salons in town, which is probably the only reason why they have business.
