This review is solely based on my experience on getting a lash perm. I get lash perm regularly and I know how it is done. I always get them done back home in LA, and of course, they always do a fantastic job. All my friends ask where I get them done and it lasts for so long, about 3-4 months!! I got here and the so-called receptionist isnt the nicest. Very unprofessional. I dont think she even knows what customer service is. She's not rude rude but shes rude because I felt it. The girl who did my lash perm, her name was Summer, if I remember correctly. I dont know is it because she does extensions more that shes not too expert on lash perm on she just doesnt know how to do it like a pro. My lashes literally look the same. Maybe VERY SLIGHTLY curled at the tip but its just my flat lashes with no curls. I was so shocked to see my lashes after she said she was done. Why? Because I didnt notice any change. When I got them done in LA, my lashes were like SUPER STRAIGHT CURLED UP that when I open my eyes, it would almost touch my eyebrow, literally. Well, my lashes are STICKY, GLUEY AND CLUMPED together. I dont know what the hell she used but it SHOULDNT be sticky like this. They usually end it with conditioner/oil and makes my lash look sort of 'wet' but definitely not sticky. When I told her it doesnt look permed at all, she said she left the perm agent for long enough that if she left it longer, my lashes would have fried. I'm laughing because she didnt even take an hour do to the whole lash perm. It usually takes 1.5 hours when I get it done. She obviously doesnt have any knowledge on lash perm I guess. I was so speechless how arrogant she was and I just left because I didnt want to argue. I should have left when I noticed how nonchalant the receptionist was. Wasted my money and time and got nothing back in return. I am going back to LA in 2 weeks for a week and Ill just get it done there. I am posting a pic with this review with the perm I got here compared to LA, so they can see what LASH PERM supposed to look alike. DONT COME HERE AND WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH YOUR TIME. TRUST ME.

I go for eyebrow waxing mostly and they come out perfectly every time! I haven't seen an unhappy customer here. I recommend this spot to all my friends in hopes they go here! My mom and auntie used to get their hair done by Marilyn at a different location, she is SO GOOD that after she left they searched and asked around for where she went and that's how we found Seas your beauty! I scheduled to remove my acrylic nails. As soon as I walked in GM' a male nail tech asked me what I wanted done and kept insisting I get a pedicure when my toe nails were obviously already freshly done. So I let him do the acrylic removal.. He was aggressive with taking off the set. I got a cut as the result of his unprofessionalism. He laughed at my discomfort every random time he added pressure to my pinky. I made it clear to leave that finger alone. I told him I won't be doing the gel polish because no sense already, it's going to hurt. I asked a lady (goes by Sarai. Local chick) if she could remove my lashes since I only have a few. She smiled at me and said she can. Shortly after she tells the male tech "I'm leaving. Going home to drink a beer. Byee" he reminded her about the lashes and She still left. After he removed the acrylic set, I told him I'm done. I wasn't about to waste any more of my time. He replied "no polish?" WHY THE HECK WOULD I PUT POLISH ON A CUT!?! The common sense is lacking. I'm usually a great tipper. But of course no one got a tip today. Saving the next person the trouble and leaving my experience here. He charged me $15 when it should've honestly been free. Lots of layers, a V-cut in the back, and they kept my length! Other salons I've gone to will cut off two inches of hair after I specifically said to keep the length. Not this place, they actually listen to your wants as a customer and only cut off the dead ends unless you specify otherwise. They paid very close attention to detail and they really pay attention to what you want done. They also really care about your hair health and will give you advice or tips and tricks on achieving certain styles you like. Although this place is pretty new, you can tell they've been doing this for a while. They're very good at what they do and you get what you pay for. Beautiful, healthy, rejuvenated hair! Two lovely women run this place and they're just the sweetest! So easy to chat with, so humble and laid back, and very sincere. The shop itself is very cute, kept clean, well lit, and well ventilated with either AC or a nice breeze blowing through if the door is open. They have their own hair washing stations and waxing table as well. This is my new go-to salon and I don't plan on going anywhere else. Other places are so intimidating to walk into but this place really makes you feel like you're at home or visiting a friend or family. I left with a healthy feeling and beautiful looking hair transformation. From frizzy, overgrown, lifeless, sad hair to silky, fresh, beautiful, healthy hair! I felt like a new woman walking out of that salon. Would recommend to everyone I know to go here! They are by appointment only so definitely call and make an appointment ASAP! Note: this picture is day 3 after my appointment. Still shiny, still full of life and body, and everything I wanted my hair to be. Day 1 definitely looked polished and amazing! You can obviously tell I tousled my hair and slept on it by day 3. No washing, no product other than the heat protectant used before styling. I can only assume she heard my voice, and on the basis of how I sounded to her, she decided she didn't have anything available for ME, specifically. I was nice, polite, chill. Don't bother with this place unless you are an insider, I guess.
