The service was also extremely slow. It took more than 45 minutes for our order to arrive, and the food came out in a completely different order than we requested. We ordered mac and cheese for the kids, but were told they were out. We asked if they had regular noodles--also unavailable. We asked for black tea, and they didn't have that either. Instead, they brought us what appeared to be an old, chipped teapot. The prices are not cheap, so we expected much better service and availability. To make matters worse, the main reason we came was for the crab, and on a Saturday night they were completely out of crabs. That was very surprising and frustrating. The positive side: the drinks were good, and the oysters were fresh and tasty. They also did deduct part of the bill because of the issues. Unfortunately, the experience was already ruined. This restaurant really needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, inventory, and especially customer service.
