TLDR: good food, horrible service Similar to other reviews, the food is DELICIOUS but the costumer service leaves a lot to be desired. I come in here every two weeks or so because it's close by, affordable, and I love the food. Similar to other reviews, I had a few rude encounters with the older women working. Today when I went, I ordered a wrap and was told pretty rudely that they were out of an ingredient. No "so sorry" or "our apologies". Just breezed by it and was then very impatient that I was caught off guard and took a second to re-order. I was also ordering something for my very sick sister, who has strep. I asked if it was possible to modify the order and get some things on the side. I did this because we aren't sure what my sisters throat can handle. Instead of a "oh no, we can't really do that"-- which I would of totally understood and just simplified the order, she started to take the order very rudely and even though could tell I was getting flustered, she still acted impatient. I could tell my request was making her very angry but did not know how to handle it as the customer in the situation. Albeit-- there was NO one else in the store. when I walked in the other employee was even on her phone. She took my order, rudely gave me my receipt, and then when my oder was ready she just THREW it down on the counter. The other customers saw the rude placement of my food and gave me this nod of sympathy. I walked out of there in tears and the other customers saw. I may order from here again but I will probably do delivery or a quick pickup so I do not have to interact with the older women. I recognize customer service is hard and as someone who works customer service I understand that complicated orders can be hard, but I was so so shocked and disappointed by the immediate rudeness I encountered. Love grabbing a bowl and boba from this place. They've got a great selection of tea flavors and the boba is always fresh. The chicken taco bowls are also super delicious! They make everything fresh and it's always delicious! read more

Excellent juices & smoothies After going to the dentist I went there for some smoothies but came home with several items for the fridge for next couple days. I wish I could give this place a good rating because their menu is large and prices are low. However the lady at the front register (mid-aged Hispanic lady with glasses) has a weird attitude and honestly I think she hates her job. First time I was there she charged me for something I was thinking about getting but changed my order & she didn't take it off the order. She even repeated to me the price of what I'll be paying which was like almost twice the amount I'd be paying for my actual order. It just doesn't sit right with me that she was looking at the order in front of her, repeated back to me my total and didn't bother taking it off. It truly did feel like she was hoping I wouldn't catch it. I even paid for it and then asked for a receipt and then found it and made her give me a refund. She acted "very surprised"... Very weird vibes from her both times I've been in, like a "fake" and inauthentic personality. I believe service is everything. I would go here, but genuinely they don't deserve my service or money. Coco Loco is very close to my office so I stop by 2-3x per week. I LOVE the acai bowl which is what I ordered the first 30+ times I was there and have since started branching out. The wraps and tacos are both very good and the power greens bowl & vegan bowl are solid go-tos as well. It seems recently they've started picking up in volume and since everything is made to order I'd recommend calling ahead if you're in a time crunch during the lunch rush. read more

In a world where there is so many foods that make us feel blah the options here are phenomenal and make you feel rejuvenated. I wish more businesses treated their customers like Coco Loco does. THIS PLACE IS THE BOMB MAN! Went for a smoothie bowl that was way cheaper than other places I've been to and it was delicious. Food tasted homemade and me and my homeboy got 3 things for about $20. YUM!! I discovered this place a few days ago and have been back every day since! The sweetest people and awesome fresh food. The verde juices are so good! I tried the Cubano and it was the best I have had in soooooooo long. I also tried a Pitaya bowl- so delicious and extremely fresh. My friend and I came in to eat and absolutely loved it! Vickie at the counter was enthusiastic and so knowledge. We ordered smoothies, I got the coconut and peach smoothie and my friend got the coconut smoothie. We loved them, they were fresh and delicious! We also got a wrap, a BLT with avocado. They just opened a month ago and it was so such an awesome experience. I am a sugar cane fanatic and the only place that has sugarcane in Colorado is in federal so i was ecstatic when this place opened. They have freshly squeezed sugarcane and juices plus some healthy snack options! Prices were unbeatable most juice places cost around 9-12 dollars but this place is as cheap as it ll get. Incredible! I'm a big smoothie and açaí bowl person and this place makes the most incredible smoothies I've ever had. WAY better than mine! Everything is made with real fruit and fresh ingredients. My kids are super picky and they LOVED them. We had the peach cobbler, the mango loco, and the banana very and they we're all delicious! My son accidentally dropped his on the floor and they remade it for him because they wanted him to enjoy. Will be coming back over and over again. read more

YUM. I really like the açaí bowls and the sugar cane juice. The staff is accommodating and helpful. The prices are a bit expensive but they have options you cannot find anywhere else in town. The sugar cane juice is pressed in front of you with raw cane and they will put lemon or lime for you. The fruit is all fresh and delicious. read more

Not impressed. I paid extra to add chicken to the southwest salad and got back to the office to realize I had no chicken. It's $2.50 extra, so yes, that's a little annoying when I paid $14.50 for a salad and small juice. The salad is also pretty much a huge pile of lettuce, the toppings are very minimal, as in a half cup.. From all the reviews and pictures I expected it to be fairly hearty. The customer service wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The food did come out fast. The juice is good. But the garlic aioli sauce that came with the salad is absolutely terriblllleeee. I don't recommend pouring it on your salad before tasting. Overall just super bummed, this place looked amazing. read more

On our visit, the owner was very informative and ran through each supplement for the juices and explained what they're for, all while being so friendly and helpful!
