On my most recent visit we got 2 appetizers, two entrees (one was steak with shrimp add on), 3 desserts, and 5 cocktails for $250 which was not outrageous. Portion sizes are great. Food is full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We have sat on the restaurant side a few times but normally sit in a booth on the bar side. There is also a small patio off the bar in good weather. Bartenders are friendly and engaging. Plenty of parking and easy to get to. Only reason I knocked it a half star is the service on the bar side can be slow or feel forgotten about sometimes but it just depends on the time of day and if the bartender is having to do double duty or if they have dedicated wait staff in that area.

I know it's Seattle and not Austin, Texas - but I'm looking for the promised Texas vibe and not BBQ with all the flavorful fat cut off - at least let us request Texas-style for us native Texans.
