My tan is amazing thank you so much!…read more I'm from Los Angeles and needed a spray tan for my wedding in Oahu. I had never had it done before and was super nervous about turning orange or having uneven color, but after asking ChatGPT for recommendations, Abby came up as the top recommendation , and now I know why. She came straight to my hotel with a professional portable tanning setup and instantly made me feel at ease. Abby was not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also funny, personable, and incredibly kind, the kind of person you wish you could be friends with afterward. She explained everything clearly, picked the perfect color for my skin tone, and gave me detailed aftercare instructions. The result? No streaks, no blotchiness , just a flawless, even tan that made me feel stunning for my big day. Truly the best experience. I've never looked this good!

Now I've been doing sunless Tanning for roughly 22 years and even the best one I've ever had I still had to get touchups done the next day. Yesterday I was able to go in now that they're open thankfully, and I got a spray tan done by Lisa who is great and he worked with me but I have tons of questions and can kind of be picky about how I am sprayed, and I don't think I want anybody to ever do it again besides Lisa. Between her professionalism and her easy-going personable attitude it made things extremely comfortable and for the first time ever I do not have To go in and have a touchup done. Now throughout my experience working with this place and the ones who work there, every single person that I have encountered has been amazing and very accommodating so if I could give more stars I would if I could give individual five stars each person I totally would and I'm hoping that Lisa plans on sticking around for quite a while because not having to have a touch of done the next day is amazing. On top of just my interactions with the personnel whenever I go there I also get my email updates that are not overwhelming overbearing, with awesome discounts and amazing deals, and personalize individual phone calls to check in with me on how my color/skin/tan is going or if I have any questions as well as to give individual updates as we were dealing with this COVID-19 situation. Just across the board this place and it's personnel that work there are by far the best. FIVE STARS

As a wedding photographer myself, I am so disappointed seeing sneak peek photos coming back and my makeup all messed up. It makes me so sad that I felt ugly moments from walking down the aisle because the makeup was so cracked and coming off under my eyes (see photos). My MOH tried to reapply makeup 5+ times throughout the day, but it wouldn't blend with the artist's makeup and the base kept cracking. I looked scaly and like I had a black eye where the concealer came off. Applying more concealer made it worse. So my makeup looked great at the trial and when it was initial done the day of the wedding. But after only 1 hour, it started cracking. I have to pay additional fees to have them retouched and photoshopped given how sloppy the makeup was. This is unacceptable and is such a stain on my wedding day. ALSO after explaining why my experience and makeup was so bad, the artist and owner proceeded to try and blame me saying they used my foundation and potentially mixed water-based with silicone based. I NEVER gave them my foundation or even said I wanted to use my own. This is so unprofessional. "Thanks for getting back to me. So, actually I never gave her my foundation physically or told her what i use. I actually specifically said that i'm glad we're not using my face products because it's not for professional use, and i was so happy I hired a pro. That was our conversation. The only product of mine that we used was my liquid waterproof eyeliner because I didn't like how, in the trial, the eyeshadow liner smudged all under my lid. So unless she knew my product and went out and purchased it specifically, or took it out of my bag without me knowing, I did not use my products. After a quick search, I found that "The Clinique Moisture Surge line, specifically the Auto-Replenishing Hydrator, is formulated as a water-based moisturizer. It's described as a refreshing gel-cream that feels like a burst of water on the skin, and it's oil-free." "Yes, the Embryolisse Lait-Crème Concentré is a water-based primer" Also, if that was the issue, shouldn't the artist check? This was probably the most disappointing part of my day. I felt scaly and had looked in the mirror before walking down the aisle trying not to shed more tears because I felt so ugly. There wasn't time for me to redo my makeup myself, otherwise I would. Here is me using the same foundation I use every day the day after I got married--flawless. I never wanted to do my own make up the day of the wedding, but I feel like I should have. I understand that mistakes happen, and I believe that Britney is a good make up artist, however, this is a mistake that I cannot afford, especially on the most important day... While I really appreciate the (PARTIAL) refund for my makeup, my experience cannot be replaced. We paid $1200-$1300 for makeup and hair, and I cannot redo my wedding day." Photos: me reapplying my makeup multiple times which is not a good memory. Film camera photos that are low resolution and show my concealer coming off. An Iphone photo of my makeup in high-resolution which is how I saw myself in mirrors and how others saw me that day.

There was no steam whatsoever and I really enjoy that as I feel like it softens my skin. Steam or even a hot towel could've helped soften my skin and prep for the extractions. The extraction part was terrible itself, she was scraping really really hard and mentioned several times how her clients would tell her that her extractions were painful. She said if you don't press hard enough nothing will come out. I'm not the expert but scraping and pulling skin doesn't seem helpful it actually seems harmful. It seemed like I paid for not much service. When she did the blue light therapy she just left me in the room for ten minutes or more. She could've massaged my head and arms or something but instead I'm just laying there doing nothing. Even the face mask felt cheap she just used a sheet mask. My skin has been purging with really bad breakouts ever since the facial it's super bumpy everywhere. I've had allergic reactions from facials before but I don't think this is the case right now. I will not come back based on lack of service and how roughly she deals with the skin. For the amount of the facial it should feel more luxurious than it did and maybe she should rethink doing extractions so roughly to the point where it's painful.

From my very first meeting with Leslie, I could tell she was experienced and professional, which put me at ease. She is also very kind, and listened to my preferences and what kind of look I was going for. I went to Leslie's house a few days before my wedding for a trial run with my hair and makeup. My mom also wanted a trial run with her makeup, and Leslie did an amazing job with both of us. I told Leslie I wanted a dramatic smoky eye look with fake eyelashes, and she knew exactly what to do. My mom loved her makeup too, because Leslie was able to make her eyes look bigger, which normally squint when she smiles. My mom raves about Leslie's work to this day, that it was the best makeup she has ever had! The day of the wedding, Leslie arrived to the house promptly and ready to go!
