This place is outstanding! Very clean, staff is extremely polite, and the food is excellente! Such a great experience!

Rice, fried eggs, plantains, home fries, coffee.

The café con leche is great but no free refills. The breakfast was very good and the guayaba and cheese empanadas were delicious.

Sandwiches are large. We asked for water and they gave us bottled and later noticed the locals looked like they were given tap. Went there because it looked super inexpensive but ended up costing $30 for 2 sandwiches, 2 empanadas, and the bottled water we didn't ask for. And maybe we are just use to the generously filled empanadas back home that are so good. Busy place so a lot of people must like it.

Our favorite Cuban food in the Cape. No surprises reasonably priced and as fresh as it gets.

Definitely not bad, but the broth was lacking a little in flavor, so I probably wouldn't order it again. For the table, we got the shrimp tacos, Gouda Mac, and Poultrygeist. The shrimp tacos and Gouda Mac were definitely the standouts--both were great! The Poultrygeist was good overall and had great flavor, but the chicken itself was a little underwhelming. The aioli, though, was absolutely yummy! I'd highly recommend asking for extra on the side because it really made the dish. The portions were a good size, too. We all ended up having leftovers, which is always a plus! Service was great throughout the meal. Our drinks were constantly being refilled, and the staff was attentive without being overbearing. The atmosphere had a fun sports bar vibe, but it was still relaxed enough that we could easily talk and catch up. Overall, a solid spot for a casual dinner with friends!

(order food, second beer, box, check, etc.) ranch was fine, nothing spectacular, and they do charge ya extra for it, just fyi

Was the food amazing? No, but it was solid diner food and definitely a step above what you'd get at most chains. My husband said his Reuben was decent, and that's about how I felt about my burger. He wished the Thousand Island dressing had been on the sandwich instead of served on the side, and I really wished my bun had been toasted. It was buttered, so I think they just forgot to throw it on the flat top. Nothing was bad and we certainly didn't leave disappointed. The food just didn't have that homemade or memorable quality that makes us want to go out of our way to come back, especially with so many great places to eat around town. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to meet friends here for lunch, and the staff was genuinely so friendly that I almost hate saying anything remotely negative. I also have a feeling some of their daily specials might be where they really shine. Overall, a nice little neighborhood diner with good people, decent food, and clearly a lot of loyal customers. I'm glad we gave it a try!

Oasis Restaurant was an Easter weekend detour that quickly evolved into something closer to a…read moreculinary awakening. I ordered the country fried steak, an item so often treated as a heavy-handed afterthought elsewhere and what arrived was, quite simply, one of the best I've had. Full stop. Let us begin with the gravy, because it deserves its own paragraph and perhaps a small thesis. The country sausage gravy achieved that elusive, almost mythical balance: not too thick, not too thin, just right. A Goldilocks scenario, if Goldilocks had abandoned the bears and committed fully to breakfast perfection. The steak itself followed suit. The breading was texturally precise, crisp without aggression, seasoned with intention, and generously portioned. Each bite felt deliberate, not accidental. And then, the hashbrowns. Crisp. Structured. Respectable. I say this with full awareness of the weight of the statement: they rival those of Waffle House which, in certain circles, is not praise given lightly. What struck me most was the absence of complaint. Nothing to critique, nothing to adjust, nothing to excuse. Just a meal executed with clarity and confidence. I left feeling not only satisfied, but dare I say spoiled. The kind of spoiled that makes you consider the logistics of returning to Fort Myers for no reason other than to relive the experience. Oasis is not just serving breakfast. It is setting a standard.

A large central bar served as the focal point, featuring an old Ford car as part of its distinctive décor. Our server greeted us promptly and quickly took our drink and food orders. What We Ordered * 2 Fords Burger Bowls: Half Pound of Diced Black Angus, Seasoned with Ford's Seasoning, and Served over Mixed Greens with Chopped Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, Red Onions, Tomatoes, and Pickles, and Drizzled with Special Sauce. Food and Overall Experience Despite the busy lunch crowd, our burger bowls arrived within a reasonable time and looked impressive. The burgers were cooked perfectly to order, and the mixed greens and vegetables were fresh and flavorful. Both our dishes were delicious and satisfying. Our server was attentive and consistently on top of everything, checking on us several times throughout the meal. Rating: 5 out of 5 stars Gulf Coast Terry

The food was a bit hit or miss. The nachos were the standout: a huge portion, packed with flavor, and perfect for sharing. The burger was pretty basic and could have used more flavor or a sauce. The BBQ plate was just okay, though the ribs had a tasty BBQ sauce and the seasoned fries were definitely the highlight. The atmosphere was lively, and our waitress was funny and provided great service. Even though we're from out of town, we'd come back and give it another try when visiting again on a less busy night.
