The fat was rendered well but instead of the meat being crispy, it was burnt and dried out. This just soaked up all that sweetness and made the dish inedible. Since I had already shared the pork belly with my wife and mother, my wife ate the rest of my plate as it was fine like I mentioned, but I couldn't stand it anymore. Unfortunately, this didn't sit well in my body either as I ended up getting sick shortly after. I want to be fair. My instinct was to do a 1 star review but my family enjoyed their dishes and the restaurant vibes itself were very nice. Would I come back? Not if it were up to me but would I recommend it to others?
