Well so far they forgot my drinks young girl working front was rude when I asked for my drinks she looked at me walked to the screen to see if I was lying .said it wasn't there I started pulling up the online order and she walks away saying what flavors no eye contact at all. So I tell her she looked at me rolled her eyes walked back to the screen to check I,was not lying, at this point I began to read her the full order as I show her my phone a man from the back comes and asked her what was wrong in Spanish which they thought I don't understand because I was speaking English to her. They always think I'm a light black woman, although I'm considered Hispanic or Latina some people don't see it that way. To be discriminated by my own raza is hurtful they should not treat anyone this way this is not good. Although my experience was not a good one the food was good the Ramen Birria was flavorful and a hint of spicy the red tacos good, consume good the lemonade/strawberry fresca drink was so tart of lemon juice barely tasted strawberry no sugar at all would not recommend, the Horchata I was told was really good, the cheese taco of asada was tasty I was told I rate the food a 4star I just hated the customer service that is a 0 star. I write this not for hate but for awareness please if you go be kind even if they are not. Show them Agape Love. If someone from their establishment actually reads this please make the change in how you treat others that don't look like you or you my not like something about them as long as they are respectful to your business and paid for your service fake a smile so that you or welcome when customer say thank you. She also doesn't know the menu very well because I always have to correct her when she's taking my orders. Anyway we sat down to eat everything was fine and suddenly my kid had to use the toilet. I grabbed him asap and asked for the restroom. According to her THERE IS NO RESTROOM HERE. Which I find very hard to believe. Especially for a kid. So I then asked her where the nearest restroom was and she advised me to take my kid to the park. I then asked her for boxes and by this time she was happy. Menudo tastes homemade and that's moms opinion so that says a lot as she made her own for years and is critical of anyones menudo. She finished her entire serving. Tortillas are fresh homemade. Bought 1 of each tamales & all were well stocked with filling but way too dry. Be sure make or buy salsa to eat the tamales otherwise will choke-up from their dryness.
