Place was great, the husband/wife duo that was playing ruined it, but man was the places vibe perfect otherwise. Then again the deep fried smell wasn't my favorite either. Smelled like I was at a baseball stadium but looked like I was in the coolest Catskills experience ever. Felt almost amazing so I'm giving it the four starts. One of the coolest places I've been to in a while. Proof that u can do anything with the resources you have. It was a cloudy day, this place is all outdoors so weather is definitely a factor. Thankfully the 2hr we spent there, the rain held off. We were greeted by a nice young woman who explained the place, the menu, the whole 9. Very nice! THE FOOD WAS SO GOOD! We shared the crispy cauliflower which is in some curried sauce(yum) Lumpia, crispy& not greasy, and 2 orders of wings, spicy Korean & honey garlic soy, which were my favorite. I only had a glass of Rosé but my hubby & friend had the pilsner & enjoyed. Great outdoor space, clean bathroom, great service. I'm sorry I showed up late in the season. Been wanting to stop in here for a while; it's fully outdoors, so we waited for a few months until a warm day in late spring. They have a great beer selection and live music on certain nights. I wouldn't eat a full dinner here, but they do have some food options (pretzels etc). I only tried the key lime pie, which was bad, but that's kind of on me for ordering key lime pie at an outdoor bar, ha. We also happened to go at sunset, and the vibes were immaculate. read more

I love that the place is outdoors. We live in a tiny apartment in Brooklyn so just being outside surrounded by trees and the calming noise of the creek make us happy. Awesome atmosphere. Lots of potential. There is an old structure that used to be a Standard Oil pumping station. Now it's a lovely brick shell. They've done a great job adding lighting, tables, live music. Food and drink is another story. There are two shipping containers. One has two women frying wings, tater tots and making tacos. $10 for two skimpy cauliflower tacos. About the same for 3 or 4 tasty wings. The other container is the 'bar' serving beer and wine. They are so horribly understaffed and mismanaged that it sort of ruins the entire experience. You get on line at the "bar" to place your order for everything - food and drinks. The young kid kindly takes your order, rings it up, makes your drinks, and works at a very slow pace. The line is down to the parking lot. This is not a good system. One person should be ringing up orders. Period. Another tending bar - at a bartender's pace. You should not have to wait almost an hour to get a beer. You'd sell a ton more beer and wine if you had a dedicated cart just for cans and cartons. Oh, and the white wine for $8 a little plastic cup, was warm. Please, get your act together!! Some management would go a long way here. We don't want to see you fail. read more

Quaint location and good local music. However..... wife had a draught IPA. It was served warm and in a plastic 16oz cup for $11. We ordered the pretzel app for two, $20. The pretzel came out cold and was stale.The other stuff with it was good, however the pretzel was the main item and it was inedible. On our way out I said something about the inedible pretzel to an indifferent manager and was told that I should have spoke up when it came out and she would have replaced the pretzel. She did not seem to understand when I said it should have never been served in the first place. She did refund my $20, only after I asked and my wife opined that she seemed not to care. We will not be back. read more

What fun! Food trucks with wine and beer and tables under string lights in the walls of an old abandoned building, with a wonderful band playing (the Frost Duo). Highly recommend. Good service, good (limited) food and drinks. I had very good cauliflower tacos and excellent sweet potato fries. My spouse had spicy Korean bbq chicken tenders. Also great. We stumbled upon it after a morning tubing on the Delaware and it was a perfect place to just chill. I wouldn't normally order frosé but this one was dry and really refreshing.
