But kashmiri was more modern and really well-balanced, straight up delicious especially with the pistachios! Also dear lord this is one of the best mango lassi I've ever had, definitely don't sleep on that. In general I love this business for its extremely unique presentation and implementation. It has a walk-up window outside you can order from with a table reserved specifically for chai house. Or you can walk into the kebab house restaurant it's attached to and get to the lovely low-lighting and beautifully designed chai house interior where it's filled with cozy seating and a self-serve order kiosk. I ordered a lot and it all came quick which was great. I also ordered both the rice pudding (lahori firni) and carrot pudding (gajar ka halwa) desserts.
