They are trying to funnel folks through like a fast service place and it is simply not working. It feels like being treated as a mis-trusted person to have to go through the gauntlet there to check out. The store in Jacksonville is now my "go to" HF store. Easier to get to, same great prices on tools, and the people there are much more helpful. Also, you can walk right up to a register without have to run a gauntlet.
